Pro: Appartamento grazioso, pulito, in zona centralissima a due passi da piazza san Marco, il proprietario Stefano è disponibile e gentilissimo, lo consiglio vivamente.

Pro: Great location, great communication with the host , clean apartment equipped with everything you need . I will definitely book again when I will be in Venice.

Perfect, memorable stay would definitely return.

Pro: Location couldn’t be better, apartment is beautiful with lots of amenities and finishing touches - they’ve literally thought of everything. Travelled for a special birthday trip for my mother and the apartment really contributed to our trip being so special and memorable. Stefano is a great host, excellent communication and was happy to answer any questions or requests that we had.

Contro: I cannot fault it, just remember there are plug in repel Mosquito killers in the drawers next to the bed and are very helpful. We did not look in the drawers and were bitten by Mosquitos. Of course it was our fault as well to open the windows:)

Pro: A beautifully designed and comfortable stay. Was a great start to our holiday in Italy. Easy walk from the ferry stop to the accommodation on arrival. And short walk to the square and many attractions and dinning options. Clear communication with the hosts via WhatsApp.

Great location, beautiful apartment!

Pro: Great location and easy check in process. Communication was exceptional and we loved not having a key to carry! Unique apartment with beautiful decor.

Pro: Decor was very nice. Loved the espresso machine and the view for morning coffee.

Contro: Shower could use more pressure. Upstairs neighbour's made a lot of noise. Sounded like kids constantly jumping around. Could have used a light sheet for summer months. Hot with the duvet.

Very authentic Venice stay, lovely apartment, great location and perfect hosts

Pro: Venetian decor, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed, functioning kitchen (and cool drinks waiting in the fridge 😊). Felt very homely the second we walked in. Hosts very friendly and accommodating and gave really good instructions on how to get to the apartment and made you feel very welcome.

Contro: You need to get to know the aircon, but once you do it works very well. Be careful when you walk down the stairs from the apartment, if you are slightly taller than average you might bump your head.
