magnifico appartamento, consigliatissimo

Pro: Appartamento accogliente e ben attrezzato, in zona tranquilla ma comunque comoda per raggiungere tutto, ben servita dal vaporetto e a non troppa distanza da stazione ferroviaria. Conad ben fornita e non esosa vicino

Contro: Procedure di registrazione piuttosto lunghe e burocratiche

Pro: Casa molto accogliente, in una zona fuori dai maggiori flussi turistici,fermata di vaporetto e supermercati distanti pochi minuti a piedi

Contro: Niente

Pro: Proprietari gentili e disponibili ci hanno dato tutte le info di cui avevamo bisogno per il nostro soggiorno. È stato facile fare il check-in on-line. Posizione dell' alloggio ottima vicino alla fermata del vaporetto, bar e alimentari.

Contro: L alloggio era molto molto datato.

We had a great stay in Venice. The hosts here are marvellous

Pro: Very nice Venetian apartment with all the necessary conveniences. The hosts communication is excellent, even booking the limo from the airport for us. Getting in and out was very easy with clear instructions and no messing around. The apartment is in a quiet area, but there is easy access to supermarket, restaurants and the water bus.

Lovely decoration + quiet neighbourhood = best stay

Pro: Stunning decoration, all looks exactly like in the pics, easy communication with hosts, quiet residential location.

Contro: Bath is a bit leaky

Quirky apartment in a tranquil area

Pro: The location is wonderful in a tranquil part of Dorsodouro, close to the San Basilio vaporetto stop and a well stocked supermarket. It's also only a 10 minute walk to bustling San Margherita square and about 20 minutes to Peggy Guggenheim. The apartment has all you'd need for a short stay including a full kitchen (although we didn't cook while we were there). The apartment is full of interesting paintings and pictures, fitting to its name. The owners were helpful in providing a list of local restaurants to try. All in all, we could not have asked for more.

Contro: The beds are not super comfortable in the twin room, and there's not really a living room area to relax in as a group.

Fab, cosy, unique, with great hosts.

Pro: The hosts were thorough in providing all of the key information. They made it easy, communicated really well and offered to provide travel info and tips if needed (we didn't). The property feels very unique, giving you a feeling that you're probably getting something close to how people who live in this city might live. Loved: location, decor, amenities nearby (ATM, groceries, transport links, etc).

Pro: Cozy apartment, helpful owner, large kitchen, quiet location, close to a shop and a river tram, 20 minutes walk to San Marco. The apartment has all household appliances, from hair dryers and coffee makers to dryers and air conditioners. Nearby there is a delicious inexpensive restaurant \

Fantastic clean and conveniently located apartment

Pro: the appartment was very clean, and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. It was quiet and out of the tourist huddle and bustle, yet very conveniently located - walkable and close to a boat peer. Our hosts were very welcoming, great communication and helpful throughout our stay.

Contro: all was great!
