Apartamento tranquilo en Dorsoduro.

Pro: La tranquila ubicación en el barrio de Dorsoduro, cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, paradas vaporetos y del Campo Santa Margherita.

Contro: Los colchones de las camas individuales son de muelles y habría que renovarlos.

Saubere, gut geschnittene Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Pro: Sehr sauber; gut geschnittene Wohnung (es war sehr angenehm, dass unser Teenager-Kind wirklich ein eigenes Zimmer hatte, und jeder vom Schlafzimmer ins Bad kam, ohne durch ein anderes Zimmer zu gehen); Mir hat die Lage sehr gefallen, das sie außerhalb der Standard-Touristenwege liegt und ein bisschen Ruhe und venezianisches Flair bietet. Trotzdem ist man in ein paar Minuten am belebten Campo Santa Margherita oder am Giudecca-Kanal, um Meeresluft zu atmen.

Contro: Die Vorab-Registrierung mit dem Hochladen der Dokumente und digitalem Unterschreiben von Mietverträgen ist etwas aufwändig, sollte man nicht auf den letzten Drücker machen. Das kannte ich so noch nicht, ich weiß aber nicht, ob das in Venedig mittlerweile generell so üblich ist.

Pro: Appartement propre, confortable et très bien situé à deux pas du campo Santa Margherita.

Contro: Beaucoup des critiques précédentes ont été corrigées, mais la cuisine est toujours aussi mal équipée. Pas de tire-bouchon (en Italie !), pas de torchon, très peu de vaisselle... Climatisation bruyante (mais les moustiquaires permettent de dormir fenêtres ouvertes).

Pro: De tudo, apartamento impecável, super equipado, confortável, ótima localização e a anfitriã Achia, simplicidade um amor de pessoa. Super recomendo essa acomodação.

Contro: Tudo perfeito.

Excellent location, convenient, but most amenities missing.

Pro: The location was great. The apartment was very clean. The bed was comfortable.

Contro: Many things expected to be in an apartment were missing: a microwave, a TV, drawers for clothes, a hook to hang towels, and a holder for toilet paper. There were 3 chairs but one was broken. We were left a single set of keys, had to contact the owner about it, and were sent to an office in Venice to pick up a second set. The check-in time is narrow (3 to 7 pm). Check-out time is inflexible and very early (10 am). Usually, the host leaves things in the kitchen to make it easier for the guests. There was no coffee, oil, or bottled water. Instructions on getting to the nearest supermarket or taking public transportation would have been appreciated.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Pro: Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos und fast geräumiger als erwartet. Der Kontakt mit der zuständigen Agentur oder Besitzerin lief telefonisch ab und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es war sauber und ordentlich, da es kalt war hat auf uns auch schon eine warme Wohnung gewartet, was sehr erfreulich war. Die Lage ist wirklich super und sehr ruhig, in der Nähe befinden sich einige Restaurants und circa 5 Gehminuten entfernt auch ein Supermarkt und eine Station der Vaporetto Linie 2. Das Zentrum ist circa 20 Gehminuten entfernt.

Contro: Die Kochutensilien könnten erneuert werden, aber Kleinigkeiten kann man auch so zubereiten.
