Pro: Very cosy apartment with amazing view Good location Comfortable bed

The hosts Agnes and co were super helpful and and allowed us an early check in and a late check out.

Pro: The property was conveniently located to local shops and restaurants within a 1 minute walk, Rialto Bridge was about 10 minutes walk through a parade of shops, restaurants and mini bridges. Gondola rides and Waterbus Stop were literally two minutes away. Local Coop supermarket was nearby for anything that you forgot to pack.

Contro: Maybe look at providing an electric kettle and a microwave oven (although appreciate that this may need a bit of electrical work to make it happen) - not a deal breaker.

Pro: Location was excellent! The patio on the edge of the Grand Canal was enchanting.

Contro: We could not stay longer.

Fantastic location

Pro: Loved the location watching the gondoliers, 15 mins to rialto and loads of shops including a great supermarket within 5 mins. The terrace is amazing. The apartment is immaculate and supplied with everything from iron to note pad and everything you need to cook if you want to. Fantastic communication from the management.

Contro: Wifi was patchy at best. Ironically worked outside. There is a large window out to the entrance way and this does not have a curtain. They have put a curtain up to shield the bed but it’s too small, also when you go into the corridor you can be seen from the hallway.

Magnificent setting overlooking the Grand Canal AND the staff were wonderful and helpful!

A gorgeous terrace in a perfect location

Pro: The terrace is outstanding (much better than the pictures!). The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, restaurants and scenic spots.

Amazing canal views!!!

Pro: The views from the apartment were amazing and you are right on the grand canal! the outdoor terrace was for our own private use and we loved spending time outside watching the boats go by. The apartment is well located near restaurants and 15 min walk from main sights. There is a vaporetto stop very close also. Great communication with staff, who were always available to help us and also helped us book taxi transfers to and from. The apartment was spacious for 2 people and had everything we needed.

Contro: Worth noting there is a small section where there are only curtains between the bedroom and the building foyer and you can see through the gaps of the curtain a little. Might help if the curtain was a little longer to cover the full section. Apart from this, we had a wonderful stay and the apartment was wonderful!
