Pro: The most beautiful apartment, just amazing. The air conditioning was perfect during the heatwave and the beds were very comfortable.

Pro: Vast and spacious. Location was a little further from tourist attractions given ages of our travelers, but the accommodation was lovely. Well stocked, quick communication with staff and nearby to restaurants and grocery stores.

Contro: The air conditioning is controlled externally by the staff (just message them to change) but it was uncomfortably cold at times (e.g. overnight) without our ability to adjust.

Pro: The property is located in quieter neighbourhood perfect for some peace vs san marco, but still quite close to many restaurants. The property is well maintained, large, clean, with great amenities. I won’t call it luxury but definitely comfortable. The staff have been really helpful. Thank you for our great stay in venice. It has been wonderful.

Exceptional appartment & great location

Pro: The entire experience was exceptional. The VIP concierge reached out in advance of arrival and arranged a water taxi transfer from the airport directly to the appartment and they were waiting to welcome us and assist with our luggage up to the appartment and get us settled in. FYI, there are stairs or you can use the lift. The concierge team are available 24/7 via What's App to assist, and they have great advice and sent restaurant recommendations. The apartment is absolutely wonderful, very spacious, quiet, beautiful sunlight and air-conditioned. The kitchen was well set up and we bought gorgeous produce from the markets to cook. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also excellent. We loved the area. The apartment is on a beautiful canal and very central to lovely little restaurants, markets and such a great area to wander around. Ca D'oro vaparetto stop on the Grand Canal is only minutes away. We loved the whole experience, and we will definitely book again.
