Pro: appartamento bellissimo esattamente come in foto, posizione perfetta.

Contro: - check in tremendo, arrivano in ritardo di mezz’ora e sono cafoni e inospitali. siamo state a pasqua-pasquetta, evidentemente sotto le festività vanno in tilt e perdono anche l’educazione. - comodini impolverati appena siamo arrivate - carta igienica contata (due rotoli per 4 giorni, ma di quella super sottile che dura poco) e alla nostra domanda appena arrivate “e se la finissimo?” rispondono “la comprate” (? abbiamo pagato 300€ a notte)

Pro: Fantastic location! Great views of the Gondolas from bedroom window & kitchen window. A lovely apartment with a beautiful bathroom and the best bed!

Contro: Only Negative…. Hmmm a little bit too much unnecessary furniture. Furniture is beautiful, but it took up a bit too much room, for our liking.

Location, apartment, cleanliness and the host were all amazing. Would book this again without hesitation.

Contro: Nothing - although there is a late check in fee, which you wouldn’t have to pay at a hotel.

We couldn’t have booked better place! Everything we needed and more.

Pro: Beautifully decorated apartment in a fabulous location with great views from all rooms. The air conditioning was very much appreciated too as it was pretty hot during our stay and it was so nice to come back to the nice, cool apartment, it also made it much more comfortable to sleep.

Stunning apartment, perfect location, exceeded expectations.

Pro: Beautiful apartment and furnishings with stunning views of the canal used by gondoliers. .Handy location to vaporetto and San Marco, huge comfortable bed and comfortable pillows, well kitted out kitchen, huge bathroom. Excellent communication with owners who allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment for a few hours after check out (for which we are truly grateful).

Pro: Отличное месторасположение! Отличный вид! Нас встретили ,все объяснили и рассказали. Очень приятно было там находиться.Это были просто замечательные 3 дня в Венеции, в том числе благодаря атмосфере этого дома.

Contro: Надо быть готовым к тому, что перед первым использованием посуды на кухне, ее стоит обязательно тщательно помыть. Постельное белье , возможно, стоит обновить. Но все это абсолютно никак не повлияло на впечатление от этого объекта размещения!
