CA'SERENISSIMA - At 2mn of St Mark Square

Pro: Tutto come promesso...posizione top e casa curatissima e molto pulita dotata di tutto il necessario

Pro: La vicinanza al centro, l’ampiezza dell’appartamento e la disponibilità dell’host.

Contro: Andava tutto bene. Quindi, mi è piaciuto tutto.

Pro: Disponibilità dei gestori. Appartamento confortevole, provvisto di tutto il necessario x una vacanza(stoviglie, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, prodotti x la pulizia ecc). Posizione favorevole x visitate Venezia a piedi vicinissimo Piazza San Marco,il teatro la Fenice, Accademia .. Se dovessimo tornare, speriamo di poter alloggiare nuovamente in questo alloggio🌟.

Pro: La posizione è centrale, pochi minuti da Piazza S. Marco. Appartamento comodo e pulito.

Perfetto per turismo in Venezia

Pro: Appartamento accogliente e attrezzato situato in posizione eccellente per visitare la città e raggiungere attracchi vaporetti. Indicazioni precise e puntuali per raggiungere il posto dalla stazione. Disponibilità da parte di Corinne per le nostre necessità.

Contro: L'unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è stata il non aver avuto altro tempo per goderci la città e le comodità dell'appartamento

Amazing location at the heart of Venice

Pro: You could not find a better location that this for exploring Venice. Literally two minutes from St Mark's square and within easy walking distance to anything you might want to visit. The flat has two spacious rooms and is very warm and cosy on cold days. It had a kitchen stocked with some essentials including good coffee. Great value for money, and a friendly and very responsive host. Overall, a great experience.

Contro: There were only two less positive points for me: the flat is in a small courtyard, so it's normally very quiet, which is great. However, in the week, there are porters from a nearby hotel going in and out of their storage facility which is that same courtyard quite early in the morning, and that can be quite loud if you're a light sleeper. That being said, they didn't seem to do it in the week, and perhaps that was exceptional while we were there; I can't say for sure if it happens every day of every week. Also, I slept on one of the single beds and the mattress was not great - I'm sure it's absolutely fine for a kid but my back did not appreciate it. I think the mattress on the double bed was ok though.

Pro: Location, location, location!!! Everything waa great

Pro: It had nice living room with kitchenette. The rooms were comfortable. We could sleep very well as it was quiet, even it is in the city center.

Pro: The location is incredible! Cannot be beaten. Corinne, the host, had excellent communication. Very easy and flexible with arrival. Clear instructions.

Contro: Mosquito's even in Feb.
