Pro: Struttura di recente ristrutturazione. Quattro camere comode con due bagni (con finestre). Comoda sala da pranzo per 8 persone. Zona tranquilla a mezz’ora a piedi da P.zza San Marco.

Fantastico

Pro: Pulita, spaziosa, luminosa. In 7 siamo stati benissimo. Di notte è molto silenziosa. La cucina è grande e in generale l’appartamento al primo piano è ospitale

We would definitely choose it again.

Pro: The apartment was exactly what we needed - modern, clean, and well equipped. It felt new and fresh, nothing overly sophisticated, but everything was correct, functional and cosy. Our group was two families with four children, and it worked very well for us. We loved the Dorsoduro area - quiet and with a young atmosphere thanks to the proximity of Ca’ Foscari University. The walks to Piazzale Roma (about 15 minutes), as well as to Rialto and Piazza San Marco, were a real pleasure. There were also several lovely small restaurants and cafés nearby. We loved the apartment and would recommend it to families and groups of friends.

Contro: The only minor inconvenience was the lack of basic cleaning items, which would have been useful, especially during our five-night stay without cleaning service. Also, the pillows were unusually large and, for our personal preference, not comfortable.

Good quality for fair price. Better than we expected. Absolutely enough for 7-8 people.

Pro: It’s new and comfortable, nothing fancy or special (we didn’t expect), but we were overall very happy with our choice and the apartment. Beds and mattresses were super comfy!

Contro: Some small things like additional (smaller and thinner) pillows and shower gel would be very appreciated. It doesn’t cost much money (it’s not a problem to buy a shower gel) but when it’s already there it feels like someone cares for you.

Pro: Lovely hoasts, willing to share lots of information and help out! Renovated and well equipped appartment in a great location, close to vaporetto - perfect for us who like to explore Venice streets on foot.

Contro: I really do not understand the guest responisbility for garbage disposal when you pay final apartment celaning fee... Also, please put into the appartment some softer and lower pillows.

Large and clean apartment, lacking in comfort and hospitality.

Pro: The apartment was great for a large group, lots of beds and space. Great kitchen for cooking in, clean floors and linens was a huge perk.

Contro: The beds weren’t comfortable to sleep in. The shower drain in the bathroom with the washing machine was clogged so we couldn’t use that shower. Made it difficult for all of us to get ready quickly. There’s no shampoo or conditioner in either bathroom. They also told us we didn’t pay our city tax when we 100% left it in the security box by the front door like they asked.

Perfecto para una escapada a Venecia

Pro: Superó mis expectativas. Me parece un apartamento espacioso, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Instrucciones precisas para llegar con buena ubicación para poder moverte a pie por Venecia. Se nota que está reformado y mantienen buena limpieza

Contro: Las almohadas me parecen excesivamente altas, recomendaría dejar algunas más bajas para poder escoger. Pensaba que había horno, pero es microhondas con grill, pero nos apañamos bien para cocinar. El tema de la recogida de basura es un poco rollo pero bueno, es cosa de la normativa y no del alojamiento.

great stay, great location, totally recommend it

Pro: Great apartment, large, clean and cozy. Large, well equipped kitchen. We loved the location, close to the parking lot (15 minutes walk) and close to the University of Architecture. It is an area of Venice worth a walk, we would not have arrived there if there was not for the accommodation.
