Excellent cosy, modern and comfortable property with superb host

Pro: Super clean and cosy, located in a beautifully quiet but convenient location.

Pro: The peace , the facilities, the place being so near to the Zattera..

Contro: One tiny concern was the temp of the very hot water which couldn’t be lowered in the bidet.. it was cold for first 2 mins then suddenly up to far too hot ..

Great spot away from the busy tourist area

Pro: Lovely space which is well laid out and had all we needed. Super comfortable and very quiet. Its away from the main tourist area so if you don't like a walk this isn't for you. The church literally two doors down is well worth a visit.

Absolutely fabulous apartment in a wonderful location

Pro: Fantastic location, close to everything and we absolutely loved the Dorsoduro district. Especially the proximity to Campo Santa Margarita - a gem! A beautiful apartment that was so cosy and well presented. It had everything we needed. Antonella was a fabulous host, so helpful and attentive. We felt so lucky to have found her place. An absolute delight!

Quiet apartment in Venice

Pro: The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood about 15 min walk from the Grand Canale. If you want to avoid the crowd you should definitely stay here. Supermarket is within 10 minutes walk. From the neighboring vaporetto stops it is quite easy to reach Saint Mark's Square or Giudecca island. The apartment is new, cozy and quiet and equipped with everything you might need for the stay.

Pro: Bardzo czysty i zadbany obiekt w dobrej cenie jak na Wenecję. Apartament idealny dla 4 osób z łazienką i dodatkową toaletą. Odnośnie lokalizacji - blisko dworca autobusowego, przystanków vaporettto i w niedalekiej odległości od największych atrakcji Wenecji. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem apartamentu. POLECAM :)

Für uns genau das richtige: einfach und weg von den Touri-Strömen

Pro: Die Wohnung ist stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, angenehm ruhig gelegen und trotzdem in Gehweite zum Bahnhof. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich, sie hatte ausserdem tolle Tipps zusammengestellt für Restaurants und Ausflüge parat. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Venedig entspannt erleben möchten!

Contro: Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel, was vermutlich der typischen Bauweise geschuldet ist. Zudem war die Matratze im Schlafzimmer eher hart, das ist natürlich Geschmackssache.

Contro: Le côté excentré fait parfois perdre un petit peu de temps pour les visites mais la contrepartie du calme en vaut la peine ! L'appartement manque de lumière, ce qui doit être souvent le cas des logements vénitiens.
