Pro: La posizione dell'appartamento è sicuramente eccellente, si raggiungono facilmente le varie zone della città. I gestori sono stati davvero molto gentili e disponibili.

Contro: Mi sarei aspettata di trovare almeno una bottiglia di acqua in frigorifero. Arrivando in tarda serata e con due bambini, ancor di più.

Great location, good amenities, friendly staff

Pro: Beautiful flat that can fit two couples in two double beds ( one in the entrance/ Central room, one in the kitchen / living room ). The location is perfect, as it's a comfortable walking distance from the train station, while still giving you the possibility to roam around Venice by foot. Lots of decent ( but fairly touristy) restaurants in the area. A big SPA supermarket is available less than 3 minutes walking from the flat, which is a big plus for me. The people handling it were nice, helpful and understanding. Thank you again for making our trip way easier! I would recommend staying there.

Contro: The second double bed in the kitchen may be small for the tallest guest. At 1m90, I was a bit crammed into it. Most people would fit it without too much issues otherwise.

Pro: Perfect location, see the views from the apartment. All that you need is just next door, but if you want to avoid the crowd walk 200m north & enjoy the quiet area.

Pro: We were very happy with the apartment. It was a great place to have a home for three weeks.

Pro: It was in a great location, close to the railway station, supermarket for supplies and a short walk to attractions. There was also lots of reasonably priced restaurants close by.

Pro: The location is excellent. This is a fantastic apartment. We loved staying here. The view of the street is fantastic, we walked easily from the railway station, you really feel like you're in the heart of it all, we walked all around the city. It's where locals go to eat as well as tourists. The apartment is only up one flight of stairs. The beds were comfortable and all facilities worked. Highly recommended and good value.

Contro: The air conditioner was very loud. We had to wash some dishes before using them as they were dirty.

Pro: La ubicación muy buena un poco ruidosa a la.noche por estar en una calle principal pero acaba pronto.

Pro: La ubicación muy próxima a las zonas más visitables

Contro: Únicamente la mampara de la ducha que pierde un poco de agua, algo fácilmente subsanable

EXCELENTE CUSTO-BENEFÍCIO EM VENEZA

Pro: Apartamento amplo com dois lances de escada. Tamanho, varanda, banheiro novo, cozinha equipada. Simpatia funcionários. Vista da rua. Bem ventilado: duas janelas na sala e mais duas no quarto e janela no banheiro.

Contro: Sol da tarde. Ar condicionado somente na sala com funcionamento pouco eficiente. O quarto não era muito quente e tinha dois ventiladores.

Pro: Nice , good sized appartment. Very clean and super easy walk from the train station.
