Pro: La casa era pulita, comoda e con arredamento abbastanza nuovo

Contro: La TV non funzionava

Pro: Zona molto tranquilla e a poca distanza dal vaporetto.

Excellent stay! Was nice and cozy and perfect for us!

Pro: Gabriele met with us to give us access and the keys, was incredibly kind and helpful along with good tips to take the bus or vaporetto to airport and also spoke great French!

Contro: It was a bit cold when we arrived but took a minute for the heater to work and then was nice and warm once it was on for a day or two. Additionally the wifi was spotty in one room but all else was fine!

Excellent stay in a quieter neighbourhood of Venice with a small walk and scenic walk to the closest water bus docks as

Pro: The 3 floors practically making two separate 1 bedroom apartments and the third floor being a kitchen and dining area with the balcony was perfect. My family and I spent a lot of time in the evenings and mornings before and after going out on the balcony.

Contro: Only thing I would say is for a small child the banisters where the stairs are aren’t the safest we had to keep her accompanied at all times and usually in the bedrooms as the railings by the stairs were very wide open and easy to fall through.

Out of the hustle and bustle but 4 mins from Salute or Accademia.

Pro: Only a little balcony but perfect to enjoy a coffee and watch the swallows fly around the trees and salute. It was very clean. It was a pretty little apartment.

Contro: Needs either a coffee machine or a large, decent cafetière. A lot more steps to the lowest floor accommodation and thankfully mother was having a good week, a bad week she wouldn’t have been able to access apartment. Background team seem disjointed from team on the ground as requests for sofa beds to be ready and how many stairs (was told 8 steps, was actually 21 stairs), when checking in I was told you make your own sofa beds and there were a lot of stairs.

Pro: very nice place and communication with apartment owner was perfect

Pro: Comfortable and fairly convenient to vaporetti stop..

Contro: Main bathroom could use a shower curtain to avoid soaking the rest of the room.

Ca donne envie de revenir trés vite.....!

Pro: Appartement très bien situé, confortable et pratique, un des meilleurs que nous ayons eus à Venise . Hôtes sympathiques également, bon souvenir de ce séjour. Rodolphe et Véronique

Pro: Emplazamiento Habitaciones Limpieza Facilidad de acceso

Contro: Cocina un poco antigua Terraza que creo no coincide con la de la foto, pero está bien, pequeña y con el aparato de aire acondicionado pero buenas vistas
