An exceptionally attractive, comfortable apartment in a quiet, scenic part of Venice
Pro: This attractive, comfortable and well-equipped apartment overlooking a quiet canal has 5 large windows, bathing the master bedroom (there's also a second bedroom), salon and dining/kitchen area with great light all day long. Located in a quiet part of Dorsoduro, it's walkable to all parts of Venice -- thanks in part to a bridge and two traghetto stations. Plus there are three nearby vaporetto stops offering many routes to different parts of Venice. There's a basic Conad grocery a 5-minute walk away (for the deli counter go up to Basilio) as well as two wonderful cichetti bars, among the best of Venice. It's convenient for swinging by for a break between activities, and nice just to hang out in. It's become my go-to place in Venice, and if it's available when you're looking for lodging, book it immediately. Thomas is the quintessential host -- informative and welcoming.

Excellent location, good view of the canal from front windows. Comfortable stay.
Pro: The location was excellent, close to Vaporetti stops, a small grocery shop close by and good restaurants. Spacious apartment, well equipped.
Contro: On the first and second nights the occupants of the upstairs apartment played loud music and made a lot of noise at 2.30am. We reported this to the landlord on the second night and it was fully dealt with immediately.

Pro: L’appartement était comme sur les photos, propre et joliment décoré. Super emplacement : près d’un arrêt de vaporetto et également de Traghetto pour traverser le canal en gondole !
Contro: Dommage que la Remise Poubelles se fasse obligatoirement entre 6h à 8h30 du matin !!! Et Dommage que des travaux aient commencé tôt le matin dans une maison en face !

Appartement agréable, lumineux et fonctionnel
Pro: L'appartement est très bien situé, au calme mais proche de tout. Il est spacieux, les pièces sont grandes et lumineuses. Il est décoré avec gout (du moins le notre), plutôt sobre. La vue sur un petit canal est un plus.
Contro: S'il faut mettre quelque chose : les 2 étages paraissent bien haut après avoir marché toute la journée !!!

Wundervoll.
Pro: Sehr ansprechende Einrichtung, geschmackvoll, puristisch, viel Platz, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, ruhige Lage. In der Küche auch alles relevante wie Espresso Kocher vorhanden, mit einem sehr schönen Esstisch, Blick nach Draußen . Zugang ist easy, gute Anleitung durch den Vermieter. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Appartement simple et agréable qui mériterait plus de soin de la part du gérant et des occupants ...
Pro: L'emplacement , le calme, la vue et la taille du logement. Appartement lumineux, simple et agréable.
Contro: L'entretien limité (moustiquaires cassées, réglage portes armoires...), manque d'équipement de la cuisine (pas de grille pain, pas de verres à vin, couverts peu nombreux et de mauvaise qualité, etc...), mobilier insuffisant (par exemple pas de table dans le salon) enfin la décoration inadaptée.

Central location, spacious beautiful apartment
Pro: Great location in beautiful Dorsoduro near Peggy Guggenheim Museum and a short vaporetto ride to St. Mark’s Place. Spacious, clean and quiet. Nearby promenade with great views to the Giudecca and quick access to the Grand Canal with views to San Marco.
Contro: Everything was perfect.

Pro: Впервые останавливалась в Дорсодуро—тихий приятный район. Рядом магазин продуктов, кафе, бары—здесь все ок. Вид на канал, конечно—огромный плюс. Квартира очень просторная. Отопление в рабочем состоянии. Кухня устаревшая, но ок. В целом хороший вариант за свои деньги.
