Piccola Perla sul Canale

Pro: Lo staff molto disponibile! sono venuti incontro alle nostre esigenze senza problemi! Camera pulita e con tutti i confort necessari! La finestra che affaccia sul canale è molto particolare e rende il soggiorno diverso da altri hotel.

Davvero una piccola perla a Venezia

Pro: Per le nostre vacanze solitamente selezioniamo appartamenti con molte recensioni, ma stavolta ci siamo voluti fidare dell’istinto sebbene l’appartamento avesse solo una recensione. Abbiamo fatto benissimo: l'appartamento è super confortevole con tutto il necessario per rendere il soggiorno perfetto. La portafinestra che dà sul canale è un qualcosa di unico, anche quando si è in casa si può vivere la bellissima sensazione che dà essere in un luogo incantato come Venezia. Gaia è una host eccezionale, ci ha accolti con tantissimi suggerimenti utili ed è stata rapida nel rispondere quando abbiamo avuto bisogno. Il quartiere, Canareggio, in cui l’appartamento è collocato, è perfetto per esplorare Venezia e allo stesso tempo rilassarsi, dato che è meno turistico ed ha moltissime opzioni per mangiare e bere bene. 
Consigliamo la piccola perla sul canale e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Felt and stayed like a local! One of the best trips

Pro: Loved everything about the property! The view of the canal was perfect, the apartment was cosy and had everything we needed for our stay and the location was really nice, not touristy but full of locals instead and the atmosphere round the canal on an evening made you feel at home there! The host was super communicative too so checking in was very easy and we arrived earlier so were kept updated when we could check in Perfect trip & apartment to celebrate a birthday, made it even more special! Would 100% stay again

Contro: There wasn’t anything to dislike

Lovely neighbourhood and super comfortable

Pro: We loved the neighbourhood. Just off a canal street of little bars which locals frequented and a short walk to busier areas. The bed was so comfortable and it was really quiet over night. The little kitchen was great and a coffee machine so we could sit at the window in the morning. Easy access.

Contro: Nothing I can think of.

Pro: Very easy!! We arrived to Venice too early and the apartment wasn't ready but the host was nice enough to let us leave our luggage and he met us very shortly after and Neve the cleaning lady was extremely accommodating. The location was excellent. Very close to everything. The apartment is so nice and clean with a beautiful view of the canal at the back. It was our first trip to Italy and we are happy with our choice. We will come back and most definitely stay here!! Thank you for everything and your kindness!! Best luck always!

Pro: The host met us and was extremely accommodating. The location was excellent. Very close to the centre but just far enough to be relaxing. The apartment is very comfortable & clean with a beautiful view of the canal at the back. Extremely happy with the choice.

Really a little pearl.

Pro: The apartment is small but brand new, equipped with the necessities. It was great to have breakfast in front of the canal. In the surroundings there is a lot of places where you can have dinner or an aperitif and the owner was very kind. Venice is beautiful even in the rain. Too bad I was here for work. I'll be back again.

Romantisches Apartment in Venedig

Pro: Tolles Apartment, super Lage (in der Nähe des Party-Kanales), ruhig, tolle Aussicht auf den Kanal, alles da, was braucht, Besitzerin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat alle Infos vorab übermittelt, nahe an Flughafen-Shuttle und Wasserbus-Station
