Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale
Pro: Punto ben posizionato, tranquillo e lilenzioso ma a due passi da calle piene di localini della movida. Si raggiunge tranquillamente dalla stazione passeggiando un po'. Il proprietario disponibile e gentile co ha dato tutte le indicazioni chi cui avessimo bisogno. L'appartamento era dotato di tutti i confort. Anche una parca con manubri per allenarsi (avendo dell'improbabile tempo extra)
Contro: Al piano terra può capitare che qualche famigliola con bambini chiassosi passi di lì in orari di riposo, ma a Venezia si va per girarla non per stare in casa.

Highly recommended
Pro: The host has anticipated all possible needs of the guests and provided for them. The apartment is spotlessly clean and the range of appliances available are beyond expectations. We were even able to catch up on our favourite Netflix show while on a holiday :) The location is close enough to the train station, an important consideration for a city like Venice. Though it’s a bit of a walk from the main attractions, it’s not a problem as one can enjoy all the sights and shopping on the way. It’s also literally less than 2 minutes walk from a bustling street of cafés and bars, yet it’s in an absolutely quiet neighbourhood.

Accommodation recommendation
Pro: Very good, pleasant and uncomplicated contact. Alessandro explained the apartment facilities in detail and gave useful hints for dining, supermarket and sightseeing In the apartment you find all, what you expect including coffee or tea, some spices and bathroom equipment.

An amazing stay in a fantastic and vibrant city
Pro: An amazing apartment in a great location - 15 minutes from the station, 35 minutes from St Marks Square and just 5 minutes from supermarkets, bars and restaurants. However it is tucked away and really quiet. All mod cons provided including coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and grill plus lots of staples like cleaning products, loo roll, coffee and condiments which saves having to buy small quantities while there. There is also an exercise bike and multi gym which I particularly liked as I really miss being able to work out while on holiday. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The host was also excellent - meeting us for a drink and showing us around a vibrant part of Venice 2 minutes from the apartment with lots of bars and restaurants which we might not have otherwise discovered and this area became our ‘go to’ during our stay. He also advised us on places to visit and showed us around the apartment when we arrived.
Contro: Nothing - I couldn’t fault the apartment or the host.

Pro: Great location, large space, luxury comfort. Bed, TV, shower were amazing. Best bed ever, period.
