Contro: Il divano letto per terzo ospite sarebbe da rinnovare

Bellissimo soggiorno a pochi minuti da San Marco

Pro: Nonostante la casa sembri a prima vista piccola è in grado di accogliere senza problemi 3 persone (noi abbiamo soggiornato in 3 e siamo stati benissimo). In casa ci sono tantissimi comfort: bagno con finestra, doccia e servizi vari, cucina, lavatrice e riscaldamento. Si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco, tra l'altro camminando per una passeggiata molto suggestiva. Sulle mappe sembra più lontana. È molto vicina anche a una fermata dei vaporetti (Arsenale) e a tanti locali, ristoranti e a un piccolo supermercato.

Contro: L'accesso alla casa è un po' angusto e i gradini delle scale sono alti. All'inizio può sembrare un problema ma poi con un po' di abitudine si percorrono e senza problemi.

Pro: Un piccolo appartamentino in zona arsenale(zona perfetta dove soggiornare) ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze

Perfect appartment in venice

Pro: It was perfect for our requirement working at bienalle. The location was great, with easy access to water transport and the main tourist attractions as well as great restaurants. The appartment was big enough for two people to stay very comfortably for over 10 days. The area was very quiet, wifi strength was great. Washing machine was a big plus and very convenient to have. The place was clean, warm and had all the essentials for us to cook meals. We enjoyed the space and recommend it for anyone wanting to have an appaortment rather than a hotel.

Pro: Excellent location, close to resatuorants and shoos.

Contro: The bedspread was dirty.

Pro: Great apartment next to Via Garibaldi and Arsenale. Quite functional and clean, equipped with anything that you might need. Probably the stairs to the apartment might be a problem for someone with mobility issues. The host Elena is very kind and Fabio that gave us the keys made a great suggestion for a near bar pizza restaurant, the best pizza experience that we've ever had. Via Garibaldi was Napoleon's deed to give modernity and elegance to the city and act as an entrance to Venice. Even today is a vibrant wide street with trattorias, bars and shops, a step away from the crowds.

For Venice standards the room was very good. I believe great value for money.

Pro: The location is great. It isn't the best room you ever stayed, but taking into account Venice standards and prices, we were very happy. The room was value for money.

Contro: Beds could be more comfortable. The stairs maybe a bit of a problem for elder peolpe or people with mobility issues. For us it was not a problem.

Nice and comfortable stay in my favorite neighborhood in Venice

Pro: The location is great … calm but excellently communicated with the arsenal ferry stop, and 20 mins from San Marco and Rialto ; also next to via garibaldi full of cute restaurants and cafe , not super touristic or crowded but nice and with good taste . The apartment is nice and comfortable, simple but has everything to have a good stay . The ac worked great . The kitchen was well equipped. The host were kind and attentive, they helped a lot .

Contro: The beds and pillows can be updated . It is a second floor by stairs (very standard in Venice so not a big drama) and the keys are quite tricky.

Good stay, good location.

Pro: The host arranged an agent to pick up from boat station to handover the key and drop at property. Though I have to pay late check in fees of 50 euro. Quite a big room and super comfortable for 3 people. It has a sofa cum bunk bed, so you may accommodate 4th person. On the sides of canal and sea. It is on one of the main streets of Venice, so lots of restaurants on the streets. It has washing machine.

Contro: Paid a fees of 50 euro for late check in. Quite far from boat station, so if you have heavy luggage you need to drag till property as island do not have other means to reach your destination.
