Host molto disponibile, appartamento carino in zona ben servita ma non troppo turistica

Perfetto!

Pro: Un soggiorno perfetto, la proprietaria super cordiale e disponibile. La casa presenta tutti i comfort e qualche piccolo regalino di benvenuto che ci ha fatto molto piacere. Noi eravamo in 4 persone e le due stanze erano molto comode, grandi e molto pulite come tutto l’appartamento del resto. La casa si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare le zone più belle di Venezia a piedi. Torneremo sicuramente!

Amazing time with family in a beautiful city!

Pro: I stayed at this property with my grandma, aunty and cousin. The two rooms were clean and spacious with plenty of storage. The bathroom and kitchen were also a brilliant size and both clean! The accommodation was stationed about a 5 minute walk from the water taxi rank, making it super easy to get two and from the airport. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants either side of the apartment, which the food was really nice! Also a supermarket close by! The main attractions were a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment (san marco, doges palace, bridge of sighs). Deborah was super helpful and answered any queries we had about the city, she provided information on the water taxi from the airport and for a day trip into murano and burano. Overall, it was a brilliant stay :)

Contro: There isn’t anything bad I could say.

Pro: Very well located, outside but close to the city center which allows you to enjoys both benefits

Pro: The host was very nice and all the time she answered to all my questions regarding where to eat, how to get to the airport and so on. Also we had a lot of coffe and tea for morning . Also the location was close near San Marco piazza compared with others. Deborah it s a great woman . Thanks for all!

Pro: Very comfortable beds, great location, nice kitchen and big fridge

Contro: I would love a kettle bc it didn't bad one also my towel was dusty? It was definitely clean but maybe was laying in some closet to long

Calidad precio bien

Pro: Estaba bien ubicado, el café de la cafetera estaba bueno, la cocina estaba muy bien y aparentemente todo bastante limpio, toallas limpias, cama cómoda y limpia. La verdad para el precio está bien ya que eran cómodas las camas y estaba bien ubicado.

Contro: La alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota y nos tuvimos que bañar con la manguera, las cortinas estaban un poco sucias y en la pared había un mosquito aplastado. No había calefacción y el frigorífico pierde agua.

Pro: Esta ubicado en una zona muy buena con transporte maritimo publico, supermercados y restaurantes.

Contro: Lo unico que no habia eran paños o papel de cocina para secarte las manos o la mesa despues de limpiar.

Pro: Tiene la parada del barco cerca. Tenía un Supermercado cerca. Tiene camas cómodas, baño nuevo, ventiladores.

Contro: Que las habitaciones no están en la misma planta que el baño. Que no tiene aire acondicionado
