Our host was super responsive and gave great instructions to find room - We had a fabulous stay in Venice the accommodat

Contro: The bed in second bedroom broke on our daughter The stairs were alot with our luggage - take less !! Not cases , back packs are the go for this accommodation

Contro: Low water pressure in the shower. Investing in AC in the future would be nice for this apartament.

Pro: Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, tágas, hangulatos lakás (kicsit ódon hangulatú, régi bútorokkal, illik a városhoz). A tetőterasz és a kilátás minden irányba csodálatos, szó szerint madártávlati, sirályok és galambok között. Teljes volt a tisztaság. A fűtés is jól működött. Nagyon jó a csapvíz. Az ágyak kényelmesek. Hat főnek tökéletes szállás. Mosógép, mosogatógép van.

Contro: A berendezés elég alap, nem sok a bútor és a lámpa (az egyik szobában semmilyen lámpa nincs, vittünk át egy asztali lámpát). Szőnyeg nincs, a kövezet elég hideg. A mikrohullámű sütő hiányzott. A fürdő/wc az egyik szobából nyílik. A paplanok vékonyak, volt, aki fázott.

Pro: la terrasse avec vue sur la ville est très agréable. les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables la situation géographique de l'appartement est parfaite : commerces de proximité, rue animée, idéalement situé entre le Rialto & la place St Marc.

Contro: l'équipement dans la cuisine (pas de four, ni de micro-onde ou de grille-pain). l'emplacement de la salle de bain et des toilettes dans la chambre principale n'est pas très pratique.

Pro: Czysto, cicho, duża przestrzeń, piękny widok z tarasu, super lokalizacja, miły i bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym.. Jeśli wrócę do Wenecji, to ponownie wynajmę ten apartament.

Contro: Łazienka, do której trzeba przejść przez sypialnię. Byliśmy w 6 osób, ale poradziliśmy sobie z tym małym uniedogodnieniem bez problemu.

Almost perfect, but no AC

Pro: Large size apartment on top floor not far from San Marco square. Good place for a large family. Plenty of facilities. Very, very nice terrace. Host was very helpful and responsive. Wifi worked great even though booking.com claimed \

Contro: No air conditioning, terribly hot (August). Even with fans sleeping was nearly impossible. Many minor problems, e.g. old furniture, bathroom sink not draining well, door rails on terrace step are pain to go over.
