Pro: We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located in the very heart of Venice, just a couple of minutes from the Rialto Bridge, which makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. There are nearby vaporetto stops with connections in many directions. The apartment itself is very cozy and warm. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is easy to use — which we really appreciated. There is a dishwasher, kettle and a traditional Italian moka coffee maker, so it’s very comfortable to prepare breakfast or coffee. What touched us most was the care and attention from the hosts. The apartment has everything you might need, and the hosts were always responsive and helpful. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again.

Great apartment, great location, but expect extra charges on arrival

Pro: -prefect location, very close to Rialto -great appartment with everything you need -very secure: you have to go through 2 secure doors (separated by about 10 steps) -on the day of arrival, you'll be in constant contact with the host via whatsapp so you can arrange to meet cose to the apartment -the host will send you insructions to fill out exemption form for Venice access fee

Contro: -noisy air con in main bedroom, so we used a fan that was provided -second bedroom had no air con, so we used another fan that was provided -you'll be asked to pay tax in cash when you are at the apartment -you'll also be given the option to leave 10 Euros for cleaner to remove bin bags after checkout or do it yourself (but if you miss something, then you may end up being charged anyway) -the host will ask for 10 AM checkout, the night before you leave and it will cost more for 12Am checkout, even though -booking.com says checkout is at 11AM

Very comfortable and good stay

Pro: The property was spacious, clean and had all required amenities. Location was exceptional and walking distance to all major attractions as well as many restaurants and beautiful laneways.

Clean central apartment

Pro: The location was very central however down a quiet street. Very clean property with washing machine and dryer. We were met by host who walked us to the apartment and gave helpful recommendations for restaurants and bars that were beyond the very touristy places.

Pro: I loved the place and the location, very clean and the host was a very nice person. She was very organized and easy to chick in & out.

Contro: Only one thing whish is the quality of the big bed because we are elderly people. But it was ok for my kids.

Pro: The location is great! The position is next to the Rialto Bridge - the center of Venice, access to any area is easy. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including an excellent washing machine and dryer.

Contro: The air conditioner in the master bedroom roared like a tractor but didn't do its job very well.

A calm, spacious apartment right in the action with everything you need when travelling.

Pro: Close to Rialto vaporetto stop, spacious apartment which is well equipped, air conditioning was great, manager communicated well.

Fabulous stay near Rialto Bridge!

Pro: This property had everything we needed and most of what we could want. The location is spectacular, the beds were comfy and it suited our family of 4 perfectly. Hope to stay here again.

Contro: There was nothing to dislike. Better wifi would be good but we were fine.

It was a perfect stay in a beautiful city.

Pro: This was a self catering apartment in a brilliant location for getting out and sightseeing. Despite being very centrally located it was very quiet.

Contro: It was all good!
