Pro: The palazzo was a great rental appartement. Our host took contact with us via WhatsApp before our trip and helped us with the transportation. The appartement is huge and very well decorated. The beds are very comfortable (here we are usually very picky). The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms including a toilet per bathroom (one bathroom per bedroom) plus an extra toilet were well equipped. Living room was very comfortable. The view on the canal.is so nice when you are a tourist. The photos of the appartement perfectly reflect the state of the palazzo. Location is perfect: 10 minutes from San Marco. Shop around the corner, as well as bars and restaurants ,located 2 minutes by foot.
Contro: If there is one remark: the noise of the boats sometimes in the morning between 7 am and 8 am as this part of the canal.is busy. But this is the drawback of having a view. Honestly nothing very negative. I prefer having a view !!!

Awesome palazzo
Pro: Great palazzo! We had the whole place to ourselves (3 double rooms each with an ensuite toilet). The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent too! We will definitely be back.

A wonderful Venetian experience!
Pro: Such a lovely apartment. So spacious and felt like you were living the Venetian life and stepped back in time. Amazing location and people watching from the window down to the canals was a favourite. Had all the amenities you would need. Was great for a a family. Shout out to our host Sandro, he organised everything and was very quick and responding with information when needed.

Lovely stay!
Pro: Very spacious and well appointed in a great location, close enough to the centre but tucked away in a quiet little courtyard. The host Sandro was also very helpful offering information and suggestions!
Contro: Nothing, however I would suggest to future guests to bring their own toiletries as we were only provided with shampoo and hand soap. Also the hairdryers are small travel sized appliances that take a long time to dry long hair so future guests may prefer to bring their own.

This is a wonderful apartment and highly recommended.
Pro: Beautifully appointed, ample space, very comfortable beds, quiet location and only a short walk to the Grand Canal. Great view of the little canal below the property … fun to watch the activity. Supermarket 2 mins away!
Contro: Everything was really lovely so there was nothing we didn’t like about the property. A few more sauce pans and serving platters/bowls would be useful as we enjoy cooking!

Living like Venetian royalty
Pro: I absolutely loved this Palazzo, it is in a great location close to all the main attractions of Venice but still relaxing and quiet. The windows open onto the canals so you can people watch to your hearts content. All the bedrooms are large with ensuite bathrooms and have A/C. Lounge room, sunroom, dining room & kitchen were very convenient.
Contro: That I couldn’t move in and stay here forever.

Perfect location and Apartment
Pro: Absolutely beautiful apartment. The photos do not do it justice. Rooms are huge, plenty of room to move around, 3 bedrooms each have three own ensuite plus there is another toilet. It is in the corner of canals, and you have gondolas going past the windows. You have sole use of the apartment from the front door, your own stairway, sun room, huge living area, and kitchen, which is well equipped.. there is one bedroom halfway up the stairs, which has a washing machine and dryer located in the ensuite, the other 2 are on the main living level. There are high ceilings throughout, large traditional windows, and it has been renovated tastefully. There is a large coop about 1 minute walk away that also has a great selection of fresh food, deli meats, etc. The location is perfect. In a very quiet dead end, 5 minutes to all major areas. Loved our stay here, and Sandro, our host, was very helpful in making recommendations . Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect stay for a group in Venezia
Pro: The photos do not do this place justice! We had the most amazing time here while we were in Venezia for a week with a group of 6. The house is perfect for larger groups and has everything you need. The Piazza next door has the best wine bars and restaurants in Venice and is so nice not being in the busyness of the city. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for the amazing restaurant recommendations as well! The wifi is also very fast, which was helpful as some of us were working remotely.
Contro: The aircon in the top 2 bedrooms did not work but didn't put a damper on the stay at all. Perhaps supply some fans in case of this as it did get very hot in the evening.
