Pro: Posizione ottima a 10 Min da piazza San Marco. Appartamento spazioso e pulito

Contro: Unica pecca, le sale.. che però a Venezia si mettono in conto

Perfect location, charming spacious property.

Pro: Large spacious property, central location. Furniture is dated but charming. I would stay here again definitely. Excellent correspondence from staff.

Very comfortable with lots of space

Pro: Very helpful communication, we needed batteries for the TV remotes and they were delivered very quickly. Beds comfortable and bathrooms clean and modern and with a family of 6 the space and and 3 bathrooms was such a help. Great location handy for everything. It’s dated but is quirky and very comfortable, good heating and hot showers and bath. Number of adapters provided which was very helpful. Outside space great and I’m sure lovely in the summer.

Contro: TV was a challenge to get working in the end we used one of our own charging cables to get the white box in the back of the TV to work as seemed to be only way as tried charging it initially which didn’t work.

Pro: Location is perfect. very central to all the top landmarks

Contro: Squeaky beds. One bathroom had drains that smelled, but every place I've stayed in old Italian cities had drains I found a little smelly. Luckily this apartment had two other bathrooms that were fine.

Contro: Although the apartment was very clean the floors could have been cleaner and the air conditioning didn't work.

Pro: The location was excellent- so easy to walk to all the sights and shops we wanted to see. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The aircon worked well and was much needed while we were there. Thanks for a great stay. I hope we can come back again.

Pro: The apartment is ideally located near the city main attraction and near all shops, restaurants and other main attractions. Clean place, quiet, easy to be found, definitely recommended.

A very nice flavour of Venitian lifestyle

Pro: We spent 3 nights with our 4 kids in this very nice appartement. The appartement has plenty of space, a fantastic terrace where we had our breakfast every morning, and a true Venetian spirit. The location is perfect in a quiet area at walking distance of busy areas. I recommand the bakery located 50 meters from the appt. My best place in Venezia for à long time!
