posizione tranquilla ma strategica, ottimo per vivere Venezia al massimo

Maison Valentina- a great little house.

Pro: Lovely location, great house with plenty of room. Loved the large windows. Good facilities. Friendly area. Good local restaurants and bars. Have stayed before so was a return visit.

Contro: The downstairs courtyard is not furnished which seems a waste of a usable space.

Lovely very comfortable house in authentic area half an hour from St Mark's Square.

Pro: Very nice house on 3 levels in lovely authentic location in Venice. Few minutes walk to Vaporetto stops meant easy access to all of Venice, train, bus station, car park in Piazzale Roma and the islands in the lagoon such as Burano and Murano. Local neighbourhood with supermarket, restaurants, shops, bars. House very nicely decorated with good facilities. Kitchen well equipped. Clean, newly fitted bathrooms, one on ground floor where there is also sofa bed and dining table and the other on second floor next to the two bedrooms. Twin and main bedroom on second floor. Comfortable large, main bedroom with large bed and plenty of storage space. On first floor comfortable lounge with large corner sofa, kitchen, dining area and nice little sunny terrace. Nicely decorated with lamps, art etc made the house nice to come back to after seeing the sights in Venice during the day. Wooden floors and open staircases.

Contro: The twin beds were not that comfortable and there was only one small chest of drawers. A hanging rail, bedside tables with drawers etc would improve it. More cutlery would be needed especially for a larger group than ours of three.

Would return to this apartment as it was ideal.

Pro: Very comfortable apartment in a lovely neighbourhood with great restaurants nearby

Pro: decoration and furniture made the house very comfortable. location was easy to reach from the Giardini ferry stop and by foot from city centre. It was great having the small highstreet with many cafes and restaurants close by. The TV was working with netflix for rainy evenings and the small terrace was great for the warm evenings.

Pro: Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig und nahe an der Vaporetto-Station sowie am Gardini. Man kann aber auch in das Stadtzentrum laufen.

Gute Lage vor allem für Biennale Besuche

Pro: Sehr gute Lage für Biennale Besuch. Nette Terrasse, gute Ausstattung

Contro: Viele Treppen!

Pro: Nous avons adoré le quartier. C'est très calme.

Contro: Logement très propre, spacieux.

Zauberhafte Frühlingstage in Venedig.

Pro: Mitten in Venedig, authentische, saubere, voll ausgestattete Wohnung, man fühlt sich - wir versorgen uns gern selbst - nicht ausschließlich als Tourist. Zu Fuß (und Boot) ist alles schnell erreichbar.

Wie erwartet!

Pro: Ganzes Haus in sehr guter Lage. Zwei Minuten zu Vaporetto. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer zum ausspannen am Abend nach vielem Herumgehen. Komplette Ausstattung.Betten gut. Schöne Acessoirs. Terrasse direkt an Küche. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken.

Contro: Ein Schlafzimmer hat leider keinen Schrank. Das Foto der Terrasse im Erdgeschoß ist etwas irreführend (gehört zum Nachbarhaus)
