Venezia città meravigliosa e soggiorno indimenticabile

Pro: L’appartamento è situato in una parte di Venezia che abbiamo amato subito. Un quartiere popolare dove vivono ancora i veneziani. Molto comodo e ben collegato. Vicino a via Garibaldi dove ci sono ottimi cicchetti e osterie. L’appartamento è ben riscaldato e confortevole. Non manca nulla.

Contro: Nulla.

Pro: Ottima scelta perché si ha a disposizione una casa con tutti i confort minimi e Buona posizione a 15 minuti a piedi da piazza San Marco, si può tranquillamente camminare e visitare tutta la città e i suoi luoghi davvero incantevoli, città che profuma di Storia..

Contro: Onestamente sarebbero delle quisquiglie come direbbe Totó, dunque non serve menzionarle...

Pro: The location is well-connected, on lines 4, 5 and 1, two vaporetto stops from San Marco. The apartment is small, but nice, with a well-equipped kitchen (it also features a microwave oven in the small dining room). The bed is comfy. The owner (Mrs Luigia) is a kind person. We met her just once, when we arrived and she came to the vaporetto to pick us and to give us the key. She showed us the apartment and then we communicated by messages. The last day we left the key on the table in the dining room (the door closes automatically, so do not forget the key inside, take care to put it always in your bag).

Contro: The temperature in the apartment was low, for us it was cold. The bedroom does not have any heating source (all you can do it to leave the door open to the rest of the apartment). But also in the rest of the apartment, my room thermometer indicated a maximum of 18 degrees Celsius (we were promised before our arrival that in the apartment we would have 21 degrees). Taking into account that it is also humid (as the entire Venice), you can guess that we did not feel comfortable. On the other hand, the obligation of the guests either to wake up at 8 to give it to the waste collector (who did not pass every day, though) or to take it to the Canal Grande in the morning until 8.30 to some special bins and in separate bags (which you have to buy) was too much for a really relaxed holiday. Also the fact that for seven days the cleaning lady did not show up at least to change the towels once, was a bit disturbing for us. All in all, these aspects can be improved, especially for those who stay for more than three or four days (we stayed one entire week).

Great place to stay to visit Venice

Pro: We came to Venice for Biennale and this apartment is perfectly situated for that purpose. It's also close to a vaporetto stop and there are plenty of very good bars and restaurants nearby. We liked the fact that although modest, the place makes you feel at home away from home. There was AC and all the amenities needed and even a selection of tea, if necessary. The neighborhood is also very peaceful.

Contro: There was a bit of misunderstanding at the check-in but it got all sorted out.

Perfect Apartment for Biennale Visitors

Pro: This apartment is very close to the two main venues of Biennale: Arsenale and Giardini. It's a perfect apartment if you are visiting Biennale. It's also very easy to travel to everywhere in Venice, as the bus pier is close by. The apartment is cozy, clean, and comfortable. It has Netflix, but I doubt if anyone would watch it while spending all time on Biennale.

Contro: The bathroom is very small. The location is away from the Venice downtown. Luckily, the bus is very convenient. Also the price is a little expensive.

Very cozy and lovely apartment!

Pro: Very cozy and lovely apartment! Excellent location - near the nice quiet park and local streets. Very clean, well-equipped apartment, where you can feel yourself at home. It`s also so atmospheric, so you are living like a Venice local! Luigia is so a kind and friendly host, thank you very much!

We loved our 4 night stay in the Heart of Venice apartment and Luigia was a lovely, warm host!

Pro: It was a ‘gentrified’ authentic Venetian apartment with lots of space for a 1 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with all needed cutlery, dishes and appliances. It was nicely decorated with a comfortable King bed, great internet signal, a/c, awesome location especially if you enjoy walking and quiet so we slept well.

Contro: Perhaps a few more amenities like shampoo, body lotion, extra toilet paper and paper towels for the kitchen. Only because we had arrived from a cruise and were staying in the apartment for 4 nights so we didn’t have those items with us. Perhaps a code at the front door would be a good addition so there is no need to meet the host to get the key. We had spotty internet the days before our check in so had trouble communicating with our host to tee up a meeting time.

Parfait endroit pour visiter Venise

Pro: La location du lieu, l'aménagement du studio, le calm

Contro: Vraiment rien. Tout a été parfait! Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu.

Pro: Appartement très agréable et très bien situé dans un des quartiers les plus vénitiens de Venise, tout proche des arrêts de vaporetto sans en avoir le bruit. Petits commerces à proximité et tout proche également des principaux lieux touristiques (à pieds pour les marcheurs en vaporetto pour les autres) Nous recommandons fortement ce logement
