It was amazing long weekend Venice escape!
Pro: Very spacious apartments in a very good location. Street is calm and not crowded by a tourists, however it is just a few minutes walking distance form famous places of interest. Nearby there was a fabulous small local Italian grocery store where you can buy local vegetables, ham, wine, etc. If you don't want to be busy in the kitchen - there are many restaurants around. Our Host was very polite and gave us lots of valuable information, where to have a good and tasty breakfast and what places around are best for a nice and cozy dinner. 3 recommended restaurants we really enjoyed and advices are highly appreciated - food was amazing. We were traveling with a kid - there was plenty of choices for our kid as well. And kid said that food is super fantastic. There is an elevator, and it is very useful if you are travelling with heavy luggage. Apartments do have a canal view and there is a nice and cozy inner yard.
Contro: There was no bad surprises or anything we don't like. One small disadvantage was that electric towel heaters in bathrooms were cold and we haven't found how to turn them on. Host manages everything remotely via mobile app, however even she was not able to turn on the heaters.

Beautiful modern apartment with stylish decoration
Pro: Beautiful modern apartment with stylish decoration and furniture. Yet still some beautiful details of the buildings heritage. Located great near everything. Staff welcoming and helpful. Beds very comfortable and bedrooms nicely separated. Kitchen is modern and well equipped.

Perfect for our family trip
Pro: It was lovely and warm (for visiting in winter!) well located, and we loved that all 3 bedrooms could accommodate couples as we travelled with our family (3 couples). Rooms were huge and lots of wardrobe space, very modern and beautiful.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment, perfect for our family of 5.
Pro: Location was great, just a couple of minutes from the San Angelo stop and nearby to a gondola. 15 minute walk from Piazza San Marco
Contro: The floors were very slippery. Need to be careful.

Great value if you are travelling with a group.
Pro: We had a three bedroom suite shared with two other couples. The room was well equipped with all modern appliances including a washer/dryer. Two bedrooms did share one bathroom (the other bathroom was en-suite. The location was an easy walk to most of the major sites in Venice. While the building might be old, the rooms felt modern, and the common space was well appointed. We had an awesome dinner at the local restaurant right around the corner.
Contro: The washer/dryer was hard to figure out, but we had no other complaints.

Fabulous! Fantastic! Pictures don’t do it justice!
Pro: Very spacious, seating for 6 people at kitchen table, 2 sofas, extremely comfortable beds, great linens, fabulous location, fully equipped, shampoo, body wash, soap, plenty of towels, elevator to bring luggage up, cable TV, air conditioning that works very well, plenty of windows and lights. Very modern!!!!!
Contro: Honestly nothing. It was perfect.
