happy to be in Venice in this appartment , because it made me feel real Italian vibes <3

Pro: The host was a very welcoming and pleasant person, the location super and the apartment itself was very cozy and authentic...feels real Venetian mood.

Cozy

Pro: Close proximity to restaurants. Quiet area though. Very clean and well maintained building and apartment. Very welcoming staff and the apartment was very well stocked, with all the necessary for our stay.

Wonderful flat in a terrific location! Would stay there again!

Pro: We loved this flat! The location was terrific, a short walk to many restaurants, shopping areas, and the Accademia. Also, it's just steps away from the Gondola Traghetto di San Toma, one of the very inexpensive (2 euros) shared gondolas that ferry people across the Grand Canal. Super handy!! The flat is very spacious and well equipped, with a lovely living room/kitchen/dining area, large bedroom and large bathroom. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. We really appreciated having laundry available. Lastly, communication from Red House (specifically Martina) was terrific. They made sure we were comfortable locating the flat and gave us an early check-in. They also provided helpful info on restaurants, shopping, etc. in the area.

Contro: Two small things: 1) The flat felt chilly. It has a stone floor and just one carpet at the foot of the bed, so I think that makes the space cooler. (The thermostat is controlled remotely by management, and we could have requested that they turn it up, but we didn't spend much time there anyway so we didn't bother.) Also, there were good blankets on the bed, so we weren't cold while we slept. 2) The pillows on the bed weren't great - they were flat and kind of lifeless. Neither of these things was a big drawback - we would definitely stay in this flat again!

Pro: Csodaszép, rendkívül ízlésesen berendezett és remekül felszerelt apartman, fantasztikus helyen.

Contro: Volt némi gond a vízellátással, de nagyon segítőkészek voltak, és mindent megtettek azért, hogy megoldják a problémát.

Remarquable appartement !

Pro: Appartement très bien placé et remarquablement décoré et équipé dans lequel il ne manque absolument rien. L'ensemble de l'électroménager (réfrigérateur avec un vrai compartiment congélateur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, ...) est neuf et de grande marque (Miele) et les accessoires de cuisine sont complets (casseroles et poêles Le Creuset !). Tout est fourni, ce qui est indéniablement un plus: sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, liquide vaisselle, pastilles lave-linge, pastilles lave-vaisselle, etc ... La literie est par ailleurs excellente. Bref, on ne peut que conseiller pour un très bons séjour sur Venise !!!

Pro: La ubicación y la persona que nos recibió que nos dio toda clase de explicaciones

Fantástico.

Pro: La atención de Martina, que nos recibió en el embarcadero S.Angelo y nos acompañó al apartamento. Amplio salón y moderna cocina totalmente equipada. Baño excelente y dormitorio fenomenal.

Contro: Todo estuvo perfecto.
