Pro: Clean spacious apartment. Staff were quick and easily accessible via email - very accommodating

Contro: Washing machine did not clean clothing. Some clothes still dry on completion of cycle Lots of stairs to reach apartment

Pro: Very good location to the port and It's quiet place to stay. The apartment is clean and well equipped.

Contro: Missing mosquito net

Pro: Cleanliness, had everything we would need for our stay, quiet at night (we had great sleeps)….

Pro: A truly spacious apartment with a kitchen (it even had an oven, maybe a microwave would be useful as well). Ideal location for visiting the islands of Murano, Burano, and Treviso.

Contro: We had issues with having two sets of keys available from the apartment, which we would have appreciated right from the start of our stay, as we were two couples and were in Venice for the entire week and didn't want to spend all our time together. Therefore, we asked about it right before the operators' arrival. They said there would be a key box available. As a result, we had to leave the keys in the box (which was located outside further from the house), where they were stored for pickup before our arrival. However, someone sealed the box with instant glue within a day, and we couldn't access it. The accommodation operators quickly arrived and provided us with additional spare keys. Nevertheless, I recommend insisting on having two sets of keys right from the start and not leaving them in the box after this experience if you need to divide them. And don't let them brush you off, saying you'll get them later. Furthermore, make sure not to be noisy in the accommodation; it's an old house with thin walls. But it's quiet inside, so respect others (this is not a negative experience).

C'etait parfait !

Pro: Emplacement trés calme en retrait, parfait pour le repos !! A 10 minutes de tout.

Contro: Hormis les 3 étages un peu raide à monter, tout était parfait !! Nous aurions juste aimé pouvoir rester 1 heure de plus lors du départ, mais ce n'était pas possible...

Buena opción para dos parejas para visitar Venecia.

Pro: El apartamento es muy amplio y las camas son cómodas. Hemos estado en invierno y la calefacción funciona muy bien aunque en verano es posible que haga calor en la casa.

Contro: No tiene ascensor y la vecina de abajo (se nos quejó de que hacíamos ruido con las sillas). La cocina podría estar mejor provista (no hay microondas y falta algún utensilio como espátula o espumadera). Sólo hay un cuarto de baño.

Hospedagem acolhedora

Pro: Ótima hospedagem para quem procura um lugar para relaxar, dois quartos e cozinha bem equipada. Fica localizada próxima à um ponto da Linha B da Alillaguna e à um mercado.

Contro: A hospedagem é no 3° andar, se não gosta de subir escadas e melhor procurar outra. E a máquina de lavar que não funcionou muito bem.

Pro: Apartament był duży i dość komfortowy. Kuchnia była dobrze wyposażona, sposób radzenia sobie ze śmieciami świetnie opisany, skrytka na klucze dobrze objaśniona i łatwa do znalezienia.

Contro: Przydałaby się deska do krojenia w kuchni. O braku zmywarki byliśmy uprzedzeni i bardzo nam tego nie brakowało, ale miejsce na pewno byłoby atrakcyjniejsze z nią.

Naktsmītne labā atrašanās vietā, uzturētāji nosūtīja ziņu, kā ērti atrast naktsmītni, sagaidīja.

Pro: Atrašanās vieta klusajā Venēcijas daļā, ērti nokļūt izmantojot ūdens autobusu, tuvu mākslas biennāles norises vietām (Arsenālam un Giardini). Dzīvoklis plašs, bija kondicionieris, ko jūlijā ļoti novērtējām. Tuvu vietējais pārtikas veikals, kurā sarūpēt brokastīm visu nepieciešamo.

Contro: Trūka dēlītis, uz kura griezt augļus, dārzeņus. Tiem, kas vēlas baudīt vīnu no vīna glāzēm, šeit tāda iespēja nebūs. Ir korķu viļķis, glāzes, bet nav vīna glāzes. Bidē krāns būtu jāsalabo.
