Royal Rialto Apartment - Grand Canal View

Pro: Posizione perfetta, l’appartamento curato e pulito, lo staff sempre disponibile e gentile!!!

Prezzo alto rispetto al servizio offerto, compensa in gran parte l’incantevole vista

Pro: La struttura è centralissima, con incantevole affaccio sul canal grande e vista sul ponte di Rialto. Quattro camere da letto spaziose e tre bagni ciechi. Pulizia accurata e biancheria da letto di qualità.

Contro: L’androne è da sistemare, con qualche insetto sgradito. Bagni con bidet ma mancava l’asciugamano da bidet e in uno dei bagni lo scopino. In cucina macchina del caffè non funzionante. Bollitore presente ma senza bustine per tisane. Niente acqua di benvenuto, scottex o strofinacci cucina. No merende confezionate per prima colazione. Nonostante avessimo chiesto se c’era olio e sale non abbiamo trovato nulla. TV senza canali memorizzati. Sarebbe un appartamento perfetto ma occorre più cura per il cliente, altrimenti diventa solo un luogo in cui dormire e godere del panorama.

Pro: The location on the Grand Canalwas great but was a bit noisy at night from the music at the restraunt below.

Contro: The map in booking.com had an incorrect link making finding the apt difficult. After reaching out to the very responsive host, we located the unit quickly.

A superb, spacious apartment and location, wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Pro: The apartment is totally unique - artistically decorated, with plenty of space, lovely high ceilings and huge floor to ceiling doors that lead to the balcony. The balcony really made the experience special for us - being able to throw open the doors and view all the comings and goings on the canal was superb (although room for standing, single seating only)! The apartment is in a great location - right in the middle of the action without feeling like it. The host was really helpful and responsive via WhatsApp, organising a water taxi from the airport on the first night and also helped us navigate transport back to the airport. They helped us to find the apartment easily by sending us photos and more detailed directions.

Contro: The shower isn't attached to the wall so not the easiest to manage and sewage smell pretty constant. The bar/restaurant below the apartment held a 'disco' of sorts on Friday and Saturday nights which was pretty noisy until midnight - whilst it didn't really bother us it might other types of traveller/those with younger children. I was a bit nervous about the remote key option (for both building and apartment) especially on the first evening as we were arriving late and concerned about how we would access the property in the event of no signal but it worked fine. It would have been good to have a back up or be able to share the virtual key with someone else in the event of phone theft/damage/lack of signal/battery etc. It would also have been great to have some basics like bottled water in the apartment for arrival (especially as we were arriving late).

Pro: Communication was excellent, very helpful people, a spotless home and a great location

Contro: Beds are rock hard and it could do with some more basics ie bread knife

Pro: Excellent location, very close to everything. Our view was stunning and facilities had everything one could need. Audrey was always available to answer any questions we had and helped to arrange some tours and activities.
