Pro: Da fuori sembra di entrare con un tugurio e ti spaventi ma una volta entrato rimani sorpreso per quanto è bello e grande. Ottima scelta.

Great spot,

Pro: The location is brilliant. Close to the station. Piazza Roma and water bus. The view over the canal was lovely. It was clean and tidy.

Contro: The 30 stairs to the room is difficult to drag suitcases up. The stairs are uneven and narrow and without light, so at night we used our phone torch to navigate. Some more basic supplies like toilet paper would be helpful.

Pro: spacious, stayed with 4 people comfortably, 2 bathrooms, kitchen had all you need, walking distance to St Marc's good when you arrive around midnight as the taxi drops you off right in the square water taxies at your door step, main train station 5min walk, bus stop to the airport 2min away

I loved the location, it was so easy to hop on a water bus right outside your front door. The property is right opposite

Pro: Right outside the water bus station, easy to get around with a travel pass.

Contro: No laundry facilities

It was perfect, close to bus, railway a water bus.

Pro: Next to the main bus station. Water bus stop just 10 meters very close to railway station.

Highly recommended.

Pro: Very good location, nice staff. The price is somewhat high, but still acceptable. Quite clean.

Contro: The bedside lamp appears dim; therefore, it may be prudent to replace the light bulb.

Pro: Property was great it had all things you would need on a vacation (minus washing machine but it would be hard to locate in the apartment). The location is 11 out of 10….nothing like waking up and seeing the grand canal with the morning sun breaking across its waters. The water taxis are right in front for complete access to all things Venice. Having a COOP (supermarket) and a corner cafe shop a stone’s throw away is cherries on top.

Contro: Again, nothing to dislike about the accommodations. You do have to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to your penthouse but it’s the price to pay for the overall views you get. Don’t want to rave to much about this jewel of Venice as I’m afraid it will sellout quickly next time me and the miss want to visit.

Pro: La ubicación y el departamento con sus instalaciones.

Contro: Hay q revisar las llaves del baño. Las almohadas hay q cambiar, son malas.

Pro: Localização é excelente pra quem chega com mala grande pois não precisa ficar atravessando pontes, além de estar bem próximo a pontos de parada dos vaporetti e mercado a poucos metros também. Wifi funcionando perfeitamente e cozinha bem completa de utensílios.

Contro: Sofá da sala é baixo e assento não é muito confortável. A cama de casal fica apenas no mesanino. Para chegar no apartamento é preciso subir 2 lances apenas de escada.

Apartment 521

Pro: The Vaporetto station is right outside the apartment. The bus station is a 3 minute walk. There is a row of great restaurants close to Piazza Roma, a 10.minute walk from the apartment. The apartment has air conditioning which is kind of nice. This summer is extremely hot that an ice cream store next to the apartment is quite nice. If you check in after 8 PM, there is an additional charge of 40 Euros. Ramina, the check-in staff, is very responsive to questions.

Contro: Unlocking the door to the apartment is a hassle. There is a trick to unlock using the key.
