Meraviglioso !!!

Pro: L’appartamento è meraviglioso, arredato veramente con ottimo gusto e il pregio più bello è che ti fa sentire a casa

Contro: Unico difetto se proprio è richiesto consiste nel non avere la massima comodità per il check-in in quanto è necessario aspettare la ragazza che se ne occupa

appartamento luxury molto bello, estremamente silenzioso nonostante vicino zona ferrovia.

Pro: appartamento nuovo, arredato con gusto e qualità, molto ampio e ben organizzato, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria attiguo a traghetti e supermercato.

Contro: non abbiamo trovato la stanza perfettamente pulita, essendo arrivati alla domenica pom non hanno provveduto alla pulizia che abbiamo dovuto eseguire noi stessi. in cambio ci è stata resa la quota delle pulizie finali quindi direi bene. un pò complesso il gioco dei cancelli e delle chiavi per entrare ed uscire dall'appartamento ma di contro maggior sicurezza.

Pro: Struttura nuova e comodissima da raggiungere in macchina La ragazza che mi ha accolto è stata molto gentile e disponibile

Pro: Check-in rapido ed efficiente, ottima posizione per visitare la città dal momento che la fermata del vaporetto “Piazzale Roma” è collegata ai principali punti d’interesse della città. L’appartamento è ben dotato con un’ottima connessione internet. Ci torneremo!

Excellent location.

Pro: The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Roma Plaza, which is a major transportation hub, including the airport bus. This meant we didn't have to carry our suitcases around (a significant hassle on Venice island), but still got to stay on the main island. We maintained close contact with the staff, and got the keys smoothly. The room itself is spacious, well-equipped, and nicely decorated.

Contro: There were too many keys and locks to deal with (be careful when you’re checking out, it’s told to leave the keys on the table and close the room. Yet, you still need the key to use the elevator and open the gate). We also found there weren't enough tissue papers (only two rolls for three people for three nights). Even with the heater, the room is still chilly. The skylight in the bedroom, while looking nice, was quite annoying in the morning when we wanted to sleep in. The clothing rack could have been larger. No luggage storage, but there’s a shop downstairs providing the service.

Pro: Location very close to water taxis, rail and bus and police.

Pro: Great location near the bus and train line. Walking distance to many restaurants and wine bars. Recommend.

Perfect staying in Venice, both the convincence and comfort

Pro: Everything is perfect except for the price, but it worths

Contro: The “reception”, I have scheduled with the receptionist 3:40 pm, but finally she arrived around 4:20 pm, therefore I missed one activity on 5:00 pm, she explained one guest who scheduled with her 3:00 pm delayed, maybe it is not her fault, but it is not my fault. The messages with the host in booking is slow…

Pro: Property was amazing! Location is perfect - we came with a car and right across is big parking garage, also there is a bus boat station 1 min walk from the apartment and the city centre is close. Building is safe and apartmant was fully equipped - there is a washing machine, dishwasher, toster, coffee machine, iron... Everything was very clean and fresh, beds were comfy. I really recommend this property!
