Pro: Ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa. L’ospitalità e la gentilezza degli host sono state eccezionali. Struttura consigliatissima!

Pro: Personale gentilissimo: Matteo e colleghi sono stati professionali e ospitali, facendoci trovare aria condizionata accesa all’arrivo, rendendo disponibile il ristorante al piano di sotto per il deposito bagagli e offrendoci caffè e birra di benvenuto. Ottimi servizi in generale, casa organizzata bene e comoda

Pro: Struttura dotata di tutti i comfort per un soggiorno a Venezia

Contro: Entrata della struttura un po’ claustrofobica ma c’è da contare che sono queste le strutture e le architetture di Venezia

Pro: titolare con il ristorane sotto casa e sempre disponibilissimo.

Contro: Too many different keys. No air conditioning in room where sofa bed is although could open windows it was still hot.

Great location and great host. Just some items to be fixed as it’s really spacious and comfortable otherwise.

Pro: Great location. Great host. Even got coffee on departure and discounts in our meals. Nice comfortable beds.

Contro: Quite noisy as there’s construction work going on outside one of the bedrooms. Power kept tripping even with only one item plugged in but Matteo said he would attend to it. Shower was either hot or cold, so quite sensitive and not easy to get the mix right.

Spacious and peaceful apartment in a perfect Cannaregio location!

Pro: The apartment is in a great location in Cannaregio, just a 10-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station. It was lovely to slip away from the hustle and bustle into the apartment and enjoy some peace at the end of the day. The apartment is run by the owners of the restaurant downstairs, where I had dinner in the evenings. The food was delicious and the service warm and friendly. It was wonderful not having to go far in the evening to find a place to eat — all I had to do was walk down the stairs! The apartment is 83 m², so it’s quite spacious! Ideal for families or friends too! Thank you again!

Pro: The apartment is in a perfect location in Cannaregio, just a short 10-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station. Each evening, it felt wonderful to step away from the lively streets and slip into the quiet comfort of the apartment. The apartment is run by the owners of the charming restaurant just downstairs, where I enjoyed dinner in the evenings. The food was full of flavour, the service warm and welcoming, and the best part was that I didn’t even need to wander far to find it — just a few steps down the stairs. At 83 m², the apartment is spacious enough to feel like a home. Great for families too! Thank you again for such a lovely stay.

Una experiencia como en casa

Pro: Limpieza y comodidad, justo para 5 personas. El departamento está cerca de la estación de tren y es muy fácil acceder, al anfitrión siempre dispuesto a ayudar y solucionar cualquier duda, amable en todo momento y se agradece que cuente con todos los servicios en cada habitación, utensilios de cocina, amenidades, cobijas extra, calefacción. Nos ha encantado alojarnos aquí.
