Great location

Pro: Apartment was in a great location, walking distance to everything. Great local bar and restaurant. Apartment was clean and spacious for 4 people, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

A superb place to stay away from the crowds but with great local facilities!

Pro: Comfortable , good air conditioning, good facilities, two bathrooms, handy to supermarkets, good local restaurants 60 -200 m away , generally quiet , 300m away from water bus , easy 25 min walk to San Marco !

Contro: Only the pillows , pay to have a few bigger pillows available!

A well presented apartment only a short and picturesque walk from all the popular sites

Pro: The location is perfect. A quieter area of Venice but only a few minutes from all the attractions. The apartment itself was perfect for our family with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a good size lounge and kitchen area, with all necessary equipment. The washing machine was handy and there’s a beautiful bakery around the corner with delicious and fresh baked goods every day except Sunday. We would stay here again. Thank you to Barbara for her assistance with receiving the keys and useful information

Pro: Well apportioned and placed for ferries and local restaurants and then the wider island of Venice. Clean and tidy with two good showers

Contro: Access to the double bed in the lower bedroom from only one side.

Pro: The location is amazing, close enough to all „must see” places however far enough to not see tourists on every step. Our host was very friendly, explained everything and was happy to help. The place looks bigger on photos however for 2+1 should be enough. Upstairs two separates beds, downstairs one king size bed.
