Pro: The apartments are good. The only negative was the dirty floor. It takes a long time to get to the main sights, especially in the heat. But in general, everything is fine.

Pro: Linda is an awesome person. She even answered my stupid questions so quickly. Thanks Linda:) Secondly, location is also really good. It is so close to bianalle area. Also it gives chance to experince local life and really close to historal areas.

Pro: Hervorragende Lage zur Biennale, schick eingerichtet und sehr leise.

Contro: Ein aufgebrachter Nachbar kam vorbei und beschipfte uns wüst, weil unsere Klimaanlage ihm zu viel Lärm verursacht hatte.

Pro: Het appartement is niet verkeerd , het is gerenoveerd met de Franse slag..... Maar ja wat verwacht je het is Venetië. Het meisje wat ons hielp met inchecken ( Linda ) was super vriendelijk. Wel alle benodigde apparatuur is aanwezig.

Contro: Locatie is op 30 min lopen van San Marco, is niet enorm ver maar wel een stukje lopen.

Great location and great price as well as good communication

Pro: Belinda was incredible. She went above and beyond to help us get to the apartment. She contacted taxi companies and stayed in touch and was there for any issues we had. The facilities were nice and updated and I really liked the location. It was quiet but close to everything.

Contro: The bed is not comfortable and despite paying a cleaning fee there were cobwebs and the tea pot was dirty with milk stuck inside.

Eine gut ausgestattete kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage.

Pro: Die ruhige Lage in einem Wohnviertel hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben die Bienale besucht und konnten beide Standorte (Arsenale und die Gärten) sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Stationen für den Wasser-Bus, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kuztripp benötigt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Contro: Keine Beanstandung ! ....nur eine kleine Anmerkung: Wir konnten die Adresse zuerst auf google maps nicht finden. Die Kommunikation vor der Schlüsselübergabe hat uns dann geholfen, die winzige Zugangsstraße zur Wohnung zu finden.

Приятная квартира со всем необходимым

Pro: Было все необходимое для отдыха: кухня с индукционной плитой, посудомойка, стиральная машина с сушкой. Очень удобно стирать и сушить полотенца после пляжного отдыха на Лидо. В 5 минутах ходьбы есть супермаркет, от станции Arsenale пара остановок до Лидо. До Сан-Марко тоже приятно немного прогуляться пешком по набережной, все в пешей доступности

Contro: Есть небольшой запах затхлости, видимо из-за того, что квартира на первом этаже
