CONSIGLIATO! bello piacevole silenzioso

Pro: L'appartamento è molto accogliente, ben organizzato, con ogni comodità, in dispensa abbiamo trovato il necessario per una breve permanenza. Posizione tranquilla e bella vista aperta sul canale san Pietro. Comodo alla fermata dei vaporetti. Comodo per chi come noi desidera visitare le due sedi principali della Biennale, si trova fra Giardini e Arsenale. Molto vicino a zone con negozi, alimentari, bar e ristoranti, ma in una strada laterale silenziosa. La proprietà, gentilissima, ci ha contattate con msg prima dell'arrivo per accoglierci alla fermata del vaporetto e accompagnate all'appartamento, fornito tutte le informazioni utili e lasciato due paia di chiavi, anche la consegna delle chiavi è stata facile e ben gestita. Ci hanno fatto avere vari link informativi sulla città.

Contro: niente di cui lamentarci - tutto ok!

Perfect Dream Holiday

Pro: The appartment is very central with a supermarket round the corner which made it very practical and perfect as a location. The view was Gorgeous and we enjoyed every moment we spent in the appartment. The beds where VERY comfortable and everything was extra clean. Our Host was lovely and came to meet us near the Tragetto Stop as soon as we arrived. We will definatly rent out the same appartment if we return to Venice as we have only positive things to say. There is a park 5 minutes away as well as a kids play area! The appartment is a couple roads away from one of Venice's Main Roads -Via Garibaldi which is packed with great restaurants and bars for Aperittives.

Lovely apartment in a gorgeous location and great host!

Pro: The apartment is lovely and in a lovely area of Venice, which is a little less busy as it is not too central - something we liked. Giovanni was a great host and kept in touch with us regularly prior to our arrival. He met us at the valporetto stop and walked us to the apartment also sending lots of information and recommendations about the area and showing us around the apartment. The apartment was a great size for 3-4 people with two spacious bedrooms, a sitting area and kitchen/dining room. It was well looked after and very clean. The neighborhood felt very safe and secure and I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Contro: Nothing, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we returned to Venice!

Lovely apartment and host in a great area of Venice

Pro: Beautiful modern flat in a really good but quiet location. There were bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk but you could look out over a quiet canal. The vaporetto was about a 10 minute walk away.

Wow what a place to stay. A family of 4 adults and plenty of room. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to 2 Vaporett

Pro: The property was in Castello area. Nice and quiet and very easy access to 2 vaporetto stops on the 5.1/5.2 line. The supermarket is next door. Facilities in the apartment were excellent and clean. The host was amazing.

Contro: Nothing I liked it all. Only improvement would be to have a fan or air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom.

Four a short stay for a family of four the apartment exceeded our expectations. Was awesome stay.

Pro: We loved the welcoming and the easy access to the apartment, suited the family of four perfectly

Contro: Walking distance from the Hustle and bustle, but lovely tranquillity at the same time.

Pro: A mosquito net on the windows is really needed. Apart from that no other major negative remarks. Would recommend it for group travel. :)

A beautiful base for a beautiful city.

Pro: Amazing location, loved the area; very quite and beautiful but close enough to shops and restuarants.

Contro: Its a small thing but the lighting in the apartment would be better and more homely if it were soft white rather than bright white.
