Beautiful duplex appartment in perfect area

Pro: Very spacious and clean Appartment located in a quiet beautiful area close to the center and the sea side.

Amazing stay!!!!

Pro: Soaring high ceilings and fancy furnishings. It felt very luxurious.

Contro: We were tasked with taking our trash out when we checked out. And finding where to dispose of it was not easy (it's not right outside). It added to the chaos. I wish we could have left it.

I really recommend it.

Pro: Beautiful and spacious flat. Very attentive manager and fantastic location. I hope to return some day.

Pro: Amazing place in perfect location. Been to Venice about 15 times, but never stayed in such huge apartment. Beautifully decorated with everything you need for a perfect weekend! 10 out of 10!!!!!

Contro: All was great. Perhaps some small things to mention like two main bedrooms are very close to each other (just a tiny wall between them) and overall apartment size does not look like 220m2… But these might be just my observations or expectations. Overall everything is really top!!

Pro: We were amazed with how large the apartment was!! We were 4 adults and 1 teen, and we felt like there was so much free space. We enjoyed the location close to the Accademia Bridge, right on a small waterway, where we could arrive and depart by private water taxi to our front door. It felt like a very authentic Venice experience. Each room had it's own air conditioning, which was very nice and worked well. The beds were very comfortable. Alexander communicated with us ahead of time, and was so kind to meet us right as we arrived. Even though we arrived early and the cleaning was still being done, we were allowed to get our tour and keys as well as leave our luggage which was a huge convenience. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Contro: Not a problem for us, but stairs with no lift may be an issue for others.

Wonderful stay at a quiet location in the heart of Venice

Pro: The apartment was very big, with three comfortable bedrooms, and felt like a home awafrom home. The location was excellent, along a quiet canal but close to the canal grande and two handy vaporetto stops.

Pro: Red House jest naprawdę w świetnej lokalizacji, nad kanałem, w cichej okolicy ale bardzo blisko Accademia Bridge, a z drugiej strony przystanków wodnych. Blisko mały market, a tuż za mostem kawiarnie, place i cała cudna Wenecja. Apartament był kiedyś domem architektów, wysokie sufity, w salonie piękne biurko, kanapy i ta biblioteczka, która robi wspaniały klimat. Sypialnie pięknie przygotowane, wszystko bardzo czyste. Wyposażenie kuchni bardzo dobre i wszystko dobrze działa: kuchenka, piekarnik, zmywarka, mikrofala. Nic nie brakuje jeśli chcesz przygotować posiłek: naczynia, kieliszki, sztućce. W apartamencie do dyspozycji żelazko, suszarka do włosów, dodatkowe koce, nawet parasolki. Łazienki faktycznie są ze skosami ale to nie przeszkadza, wyższe osoby mogą bez problemu korzystać z łazienki z prysznicem. Polecam.

Sehr angebehm bis auf due Frage der Heizung. Schade!

Pro: Die Lage, die Grösse der Räume, die Ausstattung. Die jeweils schnelle Reaktion des Vermieters bei Fragen oder Beschwerden.

Contro: Die Temperatur der Räume war nicht optimal. Nur der grosse Salon und das Esszimmer liessen sich gut heizen. Vorallem die beiden Badezimmer sowie das Schlafzimmer waren kalt. Trotz schneler Reaktion des Vermieters auf unsere Beschwerde konnte keine befruedigende Lösung gefunden wrden.

Pro: Prachtige accomodatie op een geweldige locatie. Het is heel ruim, indrukwekkend appartement, top kwaliteit en van alles voorzien (incl. Airconditioning en nespresso)

Contro: Eigenlijk niks. De enige uitdaging was de vuilnis de laatste dag weg zien te brengen door het beleid in Venetie.
