Pro: L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione: è in centro a Venezia, in un vicolo tranquillo e silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza al canale e ai ristoranti. Comprende due camere da letto spaziose e pulite (una delle quali ha un bagno privato con doccia, phon per capelli e lavatrice), una cucina fornita di tutto, un grande salotto con un divano che all'occorrenza diventa un letto e un altro bagno (con vasca/doccia, phon e bidet). La ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata davvero carinissima e disponibile. Il prezzo è più che onesto. Mega consigliato!

Pro: Posizione comoda e facilemnte raggiungibile, proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili, a due passi da piazza san marco e comoda con i trasporti. Ottimo soggiorno

Absolutely great, very recommended

Pro: One of the best hosts I have ever had. Fabio is simply amazing and went above and beyond to help when we had a last minute issue. This makes a total difference when you are away. Very good comms as well before and during the stay. The location is one of the best in Venice, with short walks to the main spots and to the boat stops. Big rooms, 2 bathrooms, good space, good air conditioning.

Contro: The sofa bed in the living room is not very comfortable for adults (as most of the sofa beds). For kids it should be fine. The main bathroom has a bathtub but has no anti slip mat to prevent accidents, it can be dangerous. Apartment is in great shape, but a few minor tiles broken in the floor could at some point become an issue if people walk barefoot

Pro: Прекрасное место расположения очень близко от центра от остановки Парето от всех достопримечательностей, от площади сан Марка очень близко Удобная спальные места, удобная кухня, за исключением маленького количества посуды очень многие чашки были треснутые

Contro: Очень сложно с мусором, обязательно нужно его выбрасывать но это претензии к объекту размещения скорее просто вообще к Венеции но ради Венеции этого можно потерпеть, лодка очень рано и особенно неудобно если ранний вылет и внимание! Очень рано вылетать из аэропорта Марко поло очень сложно добраться мы были во время венецианского кинофестиваля и не могли вызвать такси категорически все отказывались нас везти и мы смогли уехать только на ночном в аппарата которое идёт в 4 утра если бы нам нужно было чуть раньше в промежуток между 12 и четырьмя часами утра то мы бы не смогли уехать совсем

Great value, great communication with some minor inconveniences

Pro: The location was perfect to explore! The apartment size was perfect for our family of 5. Washing machine was good. AC worked great! The communication was wonderful with Elena. We were provided with directions and lots of helpful information and recommendations.

Contro: Bed was not that comfortable and there is no TV in the master bedroom. Some cracked tiles too. Bring your own coffee for the expresso stovetop! They came into the room while we were out to get the lockbox and complained that the AC and the lights were not shut off. You have to take your trash! Bring a portable clothesline if you’re doing laundry.

Perfecto para visitar Venecia

Pro: Muy bien situado. En una calle muy tranquila, cerca de P. San Marcos. El apartamento tiene de todo y es muy cómodo. El aire acondicionado esencial y funciona muy bien. Fabio nos vino a recoger a la parada del Vaporetto y nos llevó al apartamento. Nos recomendó supermercados y restaurantes. Gran persona. Altamente recomendable. Repetiré si vuelvo a Venecia.
