Pro: Great apartment in a great location. Awesome little outdoor terrace.
Contro: Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work in the main area, the kitchen sink didn’t hold water the plug was broken, a few extra things like a teatowel and some soap in the bathroom would have been good. Otherwise we loved the apartment.

Amazing view from the terrace
Pro: Unique apartment with a terrace on the roof of the house, which offers a gorgeous view. 5 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge. 20 minutes walk from San Marco. The apartments are quite easy to find; the owners sent detailed instructions with photographs. But the quest to get the keys is somewhat annoying. The tourist tax was left in the key box. The apartment is spacious, on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Although there is actually no second floor, since it is just a superstructure with a very low ceiling. But the children are very comfortable and even interested. The whole feature of these apartments is the terrace. A great place for a morning coffee or an evening glass of prosecco. Garbage management in Venice is difficult, so we left 10 euros in the room for trash removal.
Contro: Quest with keys. For travelers with heavy suitcases, please note that the apartments are on the 4th floor without an elevator.

Contro: Apenas o chuveiro era instável para manter a temperatura e pressão.

Pro: У нас был довольно сложный перелёт, и мы прибыли в Венецию уставшие и немного растерянные, не сразу смогли разобраться, где взять ключи. Огромное спасибо хозяйке — она с большим терпением всё объяснила, помогла и поддержала нас в этот момент. Что касается самого жилья — всё было просто замечательно. Апартаменты чистые, уютные, постельное бельё — белоснежное. На кухне есть всё необходимое для приготовления еды, что оказалось очень удобно. Особенно хочется отметить террасу — это настоящее украшение квартиры. Вечерами мы с удовольствием проводили там время с бокалом вина и сыром, наслаждаясь атмосферой Венеции. Итог: жильё полностью оправдало ожидания и даже превзошло их. Рекомендуем всем !!!

Appartement très agréable ( même si quelques détails pourraient être améliorés ), et très bien situé
Pro: Appartement très bien situé, permettant de partir à pied ou en vaporetto, dans plusieurs directions pour une visite des différents monuments à ne pas manquer. Proximité de lieux très animés. L'appartement était propre et correctement chauffé, avec de l'eau chaude en quantité suffisante pour 6. Les deux salles de bains sont appréciables pour six personnes.
Contro: Sur le site de Booking, il est indiqué deux lits doubles par chambre; c'est inexact, il n'y en a qu'un par chambre, d'où nécessité de cohabitation dans le même lit pour faire dormir les 6 personnes Quelques petites \

Pro: A localização é muito boa, bem próximo da ponte rialto onde tem várias opções de comércio. As camas eram confortáveis, lençóis limpos, toalhas limpas e macias, tinha louça suficiente para 6 pessoas.
Contro: O banheiro da suíte estava voltando cheiro ruim, mas não atrapalhou nossa estadia.
