Secret Garden - comfortable and central

Un piacevole soggiorno in una casa quasi perfetta.

Pro: Collocata in zona centrale,perfetta per i turisti,arredata con ogni comfort e con una bella zona esterna per chi soggiorna in primavera/estate. Molto pulita e attrezzata ,ci hanno fatto trovare anche detersivi ,tabs per la lavastoviglie...fantastico.

Contro: Unica pecca,ma credo non dipenda dai proprietari forse è un problema di tutte le case del centro ,dagli scarichi dei bagni esce ogni tanto un po' di odore....ma si risolve presto perché c'è la ventola che lavora bene.

Un’ ottima soluzione in centro città!

Pro: La posizione e la casa in generale, bella e confortevole. Noi siamo stati d’inverno, ma d’estate è carino anche il giardinetto interno per fare colazione e mangiare all’aperto.

Tutto meraviglioso

Pro: La posizione centrale ma in una via tranquilla fuori dal caos. Struttura nuiva e dotata di ogni comfort e molto pulita. Il bonus per noi è stato il piccolo giardino dove poter fare un aperitivo, uma cena e la colazione.

Contro: assolutamente nulla! Quando torneremo a Venezia, torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura.

Nice apartment with garden near Rialto

Pro: The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, I really liked the location, close to Rialto. The streets are not as crowded as those in the San Marco area. The bedroom was very comfortable and the fact that there are two bathrooms is a plus if you are traveling with your family! The communication for check-in and check-out was superlative, we received all the necessary information, everything was professional! A nice canal passes next to the apartment, cafes and bars a few steps away. I have nothing to complain about, thank you for this beautiful experience!

Pro: The apartment is located in the center of the city and super close to everything. The garden was very beautiful, especially during our stay, since the weather felt just like summer. It's also a great value for up to four peoples. Plus, the hot water worked well, thanks to a helpful trick from the host.

Contro: Just had a little issue with an internet but in the overall we were very happy.

Sejur excelent

Pro: Locatie excelenta, in apropiere de Podul Rialto, apartamentul este foarte frumos, curat, spatios, cu 2 bai, bucatarie foarte bine utilata (inclusiv masina de spalat vase). Apartamentul are o gradina interioara foarte frumoasa unde poti lua micul dejun. Formalitatile de check in foarte simple. Interactiunea cu proprietarul foarte buna. Ne-am simtit foarte bine.

Vale a pena.

Pro: O espaço interno é melhor que o que aparece nas fotos. Muito central a localização do imóvel, o jardim ajuda muito a criar o ambiente.

Contro: As instruções para a destinação dos resíduos poderia estar melhor explicada no folheto.

Great location and spacious apartment. We enjoyed our stay.

Pro: Great apartment, spacious and with two bathrooms. The outdoor area is nice, your own little piece of outdoor privacy in what can be an incredibly crowded and chaotic Venice. It was good for just my spouse and me, I can see it work well for travelers who have small children.

Contro: Curious lack of glasses. The kitchen is fully stocked with cook ware and dishes but no water glasses or coffee cups. There were small wineglasses and champagne flutes (?) but it seems like somebody made off with most of the glassware. I couldn’t get the remotes for the heaters to work, I think the batteries were dead. ( we were probably the first people since Spring who needed heat) When I got the check in instructions I missed that we needed to call the offsite manager to gain access. My cell phone plan in Europe only provides data so we couldn’t call. We had to have the very friendly Waiters in a nearby cafe call. A WhatsApp number to call would be good.

Pro: La ubicación, dimensiones, terraza, dos baños.. Casi todo.

Contro: Alojamiento casi perfecto salvo por un par de detalles: -La manguera de la ducha de uno de los baños pierde agua así que te duchas a chorros. - Que un sofá cama sea algo incómodo para dormir es medio normal. El problema es que como está ubicado en la estancia principal (salón-cocina ) es molesto dormir con el ruido que hace el frigorífico.
