Pro: Posizione e tutto l’appartamento….dalle stanze ai bagni e a tutti gli spazi più quel tocco moderno
Contro: Osservazione con il sorriso….essendo anche un’appartamento che è bello da godere non solo come punto d’appoggio per visitare Venezia ma anche proprio da passare del tempo faccio notare che il divano e poltrona pur essendo pezzi di arredamento sono poco utili per 4 persone…salvo questo aspetto che ripeto fa sorridere direi che proprio nulla è segnalabile

Pro: Bellissimo appartamento! presenti phon, saponi, bagnoschiuma, asciugamani, qualsiasi utensile in cucina, bollitore, moca. Tv con canali a pagamento. Posizione ottima per la stazione e per raggiungere il centro.

Pro: Bellissimo appartamento, centrale, molto comodo, nuovo, pulitissimo, ben attrezzato e con due bagni. Si trova al piano ultimo di un palazzo del centro storico dove non c'è ascensore, quindi se hai grandi bagagli può essere un po' più difficoltoso, ma la vista da sopra è davvero speciale!!!!😁
Contro: Rimanere solo due notti!

The best weekend ever!
Pro: The flat is nice and big. It was really comfortable
Contro: Maybe a bigger sofa LOL, just because we didn’t all fit when we got back from walking around Venice and were exhausted, but I get it would ruin the vibe and not sure how you get a big couch to Venice

Cosy and comfortable
Pro: The appartment has a very nice view and it's 5-10 minutes walking distance to many touristic spots. From the bus station it's around 15 - 20 minutes. It has a cosy vibe and made us feel at home. I can easily accomodate a family of 2 ADT and 2 children, or 4 ADT because in the second room there are twin beds, and a plus is the second bathroom. Nearby there are a lot of caffees and pubs, and a small supermarket it's around 5 minutes. A plus is the washing machine for those who stay longer.

One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in :)
Pro: It was one of the best apartments I stayed in during my travels around European cities. The flat was very well renovated and very clean. The photos on booking.com 100% matched reality (it often happens that the photos show a new flat, but in reality the flat is already worn out and needs refreshing). The flat was very well cleaned. The flat was very spacious, with two separate bathrooms and two separate bedrooms. A significant advantage is that there is no need to collect keys, as the apartment is opened with a code. The owner is very helpful, especially when it comes to recommending restaurants and shops. All the recommended restaurants were very tasty and reasonably priced. There is a view of the canal, and you can watch boats and gondolas floating by. The flat is located in the centre of Venice and everything is relatively close by.
Contro: Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor, which may be problematic for some people due to the need to climb stairs. Some suggestions: - An iron and ironing board would be useful in the apartment. - A larger sofa in the living room would be useful.

Fabulous apartment / highly recommended.
Pro: Fabulous, spotless, spacious and very beautifully, recently renovated apt. Nice canal views from windows. We loved having x2 bathrooms and the comfy beds. Nice touch to have coffee and percolator ready to go. Very helpful and accommodating host who assisted with our arrival issues (Italian train strike on our day of travel) and local recommendations for supermarkets and restaurants. Hope to return one day soon!
Contro: No problem for us but there is no lift and apt is on top floor.

Pro: El apartamento es muy amplio, muy funcional, tiene de todo, muy bien ubicado en el centro, y cerca de cualquier punto de interés turístico y también de la parada del autobús de conexión con el aeropuerto. Tiene buena vista a la calle.
Contro: Se encuentra en el último piso y son muchas escaleras para subir, pero se entiende que en Venecia habrá pocos edificios con ascensor. No pasa nada, pero es bueno saberlo, por el tema maletas si acaso.
