Best places to enjoy REAL Venice

Pro: One of best places in Venice, especially if you like to enjoy real venice and real Venice life. Close to best parts of Venice, vaporetto can take you to further places easily! If you travel with family, this is great place because its on first floor, so no stairs ! It has great charm, comfy beds and all you need to enjoy your stay. Both Ernst and Andrea were helpful through our stay. Nights are not so noisy as others say and streets near apartment have real venetian caffees and restaurants.

Pro: La situación, limpieza, decoración, cama y ropa de cama.

Contro: Ruido por la noche al irte a dormir, por el bar que hay en la plaza. Pero después de todo un día andando por Venecia, te duermes enseguida. Faltan cortinas. La luz te despierta muy pronto.

Pro: The apartment was beautiful and full of authentic Venetian atmosphere. Andrea was a wonderful host — helpful, friendly, and always available. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful at night. That strikes a good balance between emotion and clarity — real traveler’s praise without sounding like a brochure. Would you like me to add a matching “What didn’t you like?” sentence too, to keep it complete?

Contro: The bathroom could use a little renovation — it felt a bit dated compared to the rest of the lovely apartment. It sounds polite and constructive, while still honest — exactly the tone Booking.com values most in reviews.

Pro: Bel appartement joliment décoré et bien localisé dans Venise.

Contro: L'appartement est en RDC et les terrasses des cafés étaient assez bruyantes le soir.

Pro: Sokadszor jártunk már Velencében. Elég jó helyen van. Érdekes a szállás kialakítása. Tetszett a hangulata. Minket nem zavart a fszt, s tél ellenére kint ülő idogálók.

Contro: Télen voltunk. Kérésre emeltek a hőfokon, de volt, hogy fáztunk. Alvásnál nem. Nincs helyi szabályozás. Az ajtó alatt tényleg jön a huzat. 🙁 Mi odatoltuk a szőnyeget.

Fijn om terug te zijn in Venetië

Pro: Appartement op begane grond. Centrale ligging in Venetië. Dichtbij het busstation. Voorzieningen zoals bakker en supermarkt in nabijheid. Inleveren afval aan de deur en dichtbij. Met andere woorden: wat beloofd werd, werd waar gemaakt.

Es war sehr schön.

Pro: Sie war sehr zentral, man konnte alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie war auch recht modern.

Contro: Es war ziemlich dunkel. Es gibt im Wohnzimmer keine Deckenbeleuchtung. Aber da man ja eigentlich nur zum Schlafen in der Wohnung ist, war es schon in Ordnung.

Pro: Die Lage war perfekt, sogar der Morgenkaffee liess sich beinahe vor der Haustür holen, ohne ihn selber machen zu müssen. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, einige historische Details gaben der Wohnung einen speziellen touch.

Contro: Die Wohnung liegt im Parterre. Wenn man bedenkt, worauf Venedig gebaut ist, wundert es nicht, dass sie sehr feucht war. Gut wäre, wenn die Wohnung vor der Ankunft der Gäste gut gelüftet werden würde.

Pro: L'emplacement est idéal ! A proximité de supers restaurants et au centre de la ville. Les contacts avec Andrea ont été très faciles. On y a passé un super séjour.

Contro: L'appartement est quelque peu humide et sombre donc on n'y a pas passé beaucoup de temps. Les détails comptent : le drap de protection du matelas est trop plastique.
