Amazing Venetian Apartment

Pro: Beautiful large apartment with Venetian Decor, with two balcony’s which overlooked the canals and a piazza. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Very comfortable apartment, great for exploring Venice on foot.

Pro: The location is great for exploring Venice. Within walking distance from all restaurants, squares and about 25 min walk to the train station. The beds are very comfortable and the property has a coffee machine which is an essential for me.

Perfect place for a stay in Venezia.

Pro: Perfect central position, very close to both Rialto and San Marco, beautiful view from the windows to the Piazza Santa Maria Formosa. 1st floor, not so high. Well equipped kitchen (although we didn't cook, only had a morning coffee), comfortable beds and linen, enough towels, nice to have two bathrooms. Paolo was very nice, explained everything about the apt., we could get the keys very easily, because the communication was fast and smooth.

Super Venetian experience - feeling of living in Venice during the era of 70s opulence, with a modern edge

Pro: Great location - accessible and convenient to the water taxi, restaurants and far enough from the tourist congestion. The home is just that - a home that has wonderful art and surrounding with opulent decor. Taste of true Venetian decor.

Contro: The beds were uncomfortable (hard), and the noise on the canal could bother some if they are not early risers. Be prepared to walk a bit with luggage if you are dropped at a main water bus ride…

Hervorragende, beste Lage bei schlechter Ausstattung.

Pro: Hervorragende Lage die kaum zu übertreffen ist. Eine Seite war zum wunderschönen Campo Formosa mit buntem Leben. Die andere Seite mit einem kleine Balkon zu einem Kanal mit sehenswertem Schiffsverkehr durch Gondeln und Handwerks/Transportschiffe aller Art. Alles außerhalb der normalen Touristenwege.

Contro: Die Wohnung aus den 70iger Jahren war im wesentlichen noch mit dem kompletten Hausstand des Vorbesitzers ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt, etwas düster und hat einen guten Zeitpunkt für eine grundlegende Renovierung erreicht. I In einem DU/WC war kein Wasserdruck vorhanden. Mit 330€ pro Tag war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bezüglich der Ausstatung eigentlich nicht gegeben. Allerdings muss man die nicht zu toppende Lage und Aussicht dagegenrechnen.

Pro: 我們四人入住，空間非常寬敞舒適，佈置就跟照片一樣，充滿老屋的溫馨。兩張單人床偏小些，但不影響睡覺。鄰近廣場和河道，有很好的視野，夜晚非常安靜，我們有很好的睡眠品質。餐具和廚具都十分充足，喜歡自己做菜的人會很開心。廣場就有新鮮蔬果可買，價格十分合理，超市也很方便。
