Pro: L'appartamento è ben arredato, pulitissimo, in posizione centrale, con una vista magnifica sui tetti di Venezia ed il campanile di S.Marco. Emanuela è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, ci ha dato anche indicazioni utili sui posti in cui mangiare.

Contro: Niente

Pro: La posizione della struttura è magnifica, centrale eppure non caotica, la casa molto curata e pulita. Emanuela è una persona disponibile, gentile ed accogliente! La consiglio vivamente....

Soggiorno da favola nella meravigliosa Venezia

Pro: La posizione della struttura è eccellente, ad un passo da San Marco e dal ponte di Rialto. La titolare della struttura si è rivelata una fonte inesauribile di suggerimenti e consigli su come vivere al meglio Venezia e le sue meraviglie.

Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Venice

Pro: Emanuela, our host was truly exceptional and made our stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond to help us—first with issues we had using the washing machine, and again when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the flat. Her kindness, responsiveness, and genuine warmth were so appreciated. She also shared wonderful local food recommendations that we loved. On top of that, the location was absolutely fabulous, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Contro: Honestly, nothing—the place was amazing. The only small thing to be aware of is that there are quite a few stairs, so it’s best suited to guests who are reasonably able-bodied.

High rating very well deserved

Pro: Can heartily recommend this property. Emanuela was a fantastic host, making sure we were looked after even though she had a family emergency and offering to keep our bags after check out. Spotlessly clean, everything you will need included, very central location but very quiet once inside the flat and also felt very secure.

Perfect, we will come again.

Pro: Perfect location in the city center, 6 min walk from Rialto bridge and 7 min from st. Marcus square. Nice view over the roofs of Venice. You can see the Campanile from the kitchen window. Everything was clean and neat!

Contro: Its a narrow staircase in the 2nd floor witch was no problem for us but might be for those with bad knees or heavy luggage. The host was very nice and helpfull.

Pro: Everything about our stay was perfect. From the wonderful apartment, the location, to Emanuela who helped us with everything from transportation, to restaurants. Perfect host! Would 💯 recommend.

Great time in Venice. Proximity to attractions allows taking break in between.

Pro: Everything about this apartment was so much better than I expected. The hosts were so helpful and went out of their way to assist. The location couldn't have been better. Quiet but right in the middle of everything! 5 mins to st Mark's and 5 to the Rialto bridge. The rooms were great and there were three air conditioning units. I loved the kitchen with such lovely views ..I painted a picture of the view out the window whilst I was there

My son was happy with the internet, which worked without any problems. well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, heating and air conditioning. the apartment was on the top floor, it was quiet. There was a well-equipped grocery store right after leaving the building. We were close to all organized tours, which we booked, and in the evening, it was nice to walk around the lovely town Locals in Venice are very friendly and Emanuela was great host with quick and easy contact.We had late flight and she offered free locker for our luggage. Thank you for lovely stay
