Pro: Located at central point of venice from where we can walk around venice easily. The appartement is as good as on the photos. Inside a small street, it is very calm. Not a noisy street. Perfect for good sleeps. The host is super responsive to our questions. Pefect stay ! Thank you.

Lovely place, comfortable and clean
Pro: Excellent place to stay. Great space, comfortable, and in a great location near good bars and restaurants, with good bed size. The communication with the host was quick and the access to it very, very easy.
Contro: The only thing that could be better is the instructions on Google Maps.

Comfortable stay and a beautiful location
Pro: What we came here for ,to have a place next to a canal with gondolas passing you every morning day in and out and you could leisurely enjoy from the cozy comfort your place. We got one! Highly satisfied with the location , the view and the comfort provided by the owner. Thanks for that. The paintings in the house and the books reflected the venetian taste and brought us more closer to the local feel. We loved the stay.
Contro: One thing wanted to point out is the drain clogging issue at the shower area. Secondly , as promised we left the room in an absolute immaculate way. This was our reflection of the place and how we feel about where we live. Mostly we make it our home. But, I didn't even got 5 mins more to extend beyond 11 am, which i know is the actual check out time though. At 11.02 the staff who came for cleaning started showing me his watch. I felt like kind of a rude look. I thought I would leave this place with a smile. But whomsoever is appointed on behalf of the owner for getting the property ready must understand, he is acting on behalf of the property owner. So should act like one. Some standards to be taught and raised. At least some politeness should be shown. After all we spend 2 good nights and also was planning on my future stays and recommendations to my friends I had also seen a note for a request of giving 5stars after we leave. But the staffs impoliteness, has put my mind to decide otherwise. Apart from it , it was all a great stay till the very last moment! Thanks

you can retreat and relax from the hustle and bustle whilst still watching Gondolas pass.
Pro: Wow .. how amazing that the gondolas were going right past the window!

Absolutely stunning apartments - Great location - Beautiful views
Pro: Great communication from the host Perfect location in the centre of Venice but away from the busier streets Perfectly clean and beautifully decorated Amazing to sit in the lounge and kitchen and watch the gondolas and boats go by the window Comfy bed Smart TV so we could connect to our Netflix, Prime TV or Disney+ to relax with a film each evening while sipping on Bellini and eating snacks bought from either of the 2 little shops close by Coop and Conad (3 mins walk) Would highly recommend

Pro: very good location, canal just beneath the windows, period exposed joists and modern interior, nuce bathroom, helpful host, all information well communicated.
Contro: pillows were a bit stiff and duvets on a thin side, maybe good for the summer, but we visited in winter.

A perfect stay in the heart of Venice. Spacious, modern, clean and a perfect location!
Pro: The location was fabulous and the canal running alongside the windows was magical The beds were incredibly comfortable The apartment was so spacious Everything was impeccably clean The breakfast basket was an unexpected touch The decor was modern The shower was powerful
