Pro: Posizione ottima. Vicino la stazione e comoda per raggiungere tutte le altre mete. Pulito e spazioso. Inoltre la proprietaria è stata veramente carina e disponibile.

Pro: Tutto perfetto, casa fantastica e avere due bagni non ha prezzo, una comodità pazzesca

Pro: Non ci sono parole per descrivere la fantastica esperienza in questa struttura. A partire dallo staff accogliente e disponibile. L'appartamento carinissimo, tenuto bene, accogliente, in ottima posizione nei pressi della stazione. Ben attrezzato, con accessori per il pernottamento. Particolarissimo con l'affaccio sul canale Due bagni comodissimi (uno dei due in camera da letto) Cucina attrezzata La pulizia: credo di non aver mai alloggiato in un b&b così pulito 10 e lode! Davvero mi è dispiaciuto dover andare via Se dovessi fare nuovamente tappa a Venezia sicuramente la mia scelta tornerà su questa struttura COMPLIMENTI!!!

Bell appartamento oltre le aspettative

Pro: Casa molto accogliente pulita e soprattutto letti comodi ,la comodità di avere due bagni e non molto lontana dal centro e vicina alla stazione

Pro: The location, close to the train station and the bus station, only 10 minutes from each. 20-minute walk to St Marks. Supermarket very close and a nice selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the area. The apartment is modern, comfortable, and clean.

Great base for our 2 day trip in Venice

Pro: Great convenient location in the middle of Venice islands. Close to lots of sights and river transport. Clean and comfortable for us 4 adults.

Pro: The apartment was spotlessly clean. Everything was great for a group of 4 adults. Great to have 2 Bathrooms.

Pleasent location

Pro: Located in a centre of the heart. Walkable distance to interesting places and train station. We stayed for a night only. The apartment seems spacious, clean . I liked the fact is facing canal.

Contro: The hob wasn’t working. It wasn’t big issue for as a we stayed just for one night. But kettle would be handy at least to make a coffee in the morning. Also another bad factor was a mosquitos, we been bitten so badly. I can imagine what it would be after several nights 🤦‍♀️

Good location, facilities as advertised.

Pro: Overall a good accommodation. Facilities as advertised. Good location, relatively close to train station, but away from the busy streets. We were allowed to check in early as well.

Contro: Noise from boats that were coming by the accommodation as it was next to a canal. But not a deal breaker. Also, there were some questionable spots in the appartment. Added photos as well, with black mold on the walls in a few spots, naked wires in one of the bathrooms, top right hand corner of first photo. Looked a bit dodgy. Also AC empties into water canisters that you have to empty yourself. And as flat is on the ground floor you need to keep night curtains closed and lights on constantly to have any privacy

Spacious accommodation in a good location

Pro: Samuele was very friendly and accommodating. He met us at the property, showed us around the accommodation and gave us recommendations. The accommodation was spacious and had 2 bathrooms.

Contro: One bathroom was dripping from the ceiling. The 2nd bathroom wall paint was peeling and dropping into the sink.
