Appartamento di grande prestigio

Pro: Appartamento grande, arredamento di designe, elettrodomestici moderni, aria condizionata centralizzata in tutto l’appartamento. L’affaccio sul canale della Giudecca è spettacolare.

Contro: Sostanzialmente nulla, essendo un palazzo antico la scala di accesso è un po’ ripida.

A lovely oasis in the heart of Venice

Pro: Lovely property with beautiful views over the water to Giudecca. Comfortable and pretty well-equipped. Hosts were lovely, very helpful and flexible. Right next to a small Conad supermarket that stocks everything you might need for self-catering. In a lovely quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of San Marco but within easy reach of all the attractions. Close to a couple of Water-Bus stops. Peggy Guggenheim 4min walk, Santa Maria della Salute 4min walk, Accademia gallery and bridge 8min walk. Recommended for a relaxing and atmospheric stay in beautiful Venice

Contro: Could maybe be improved with a few extra kitchen items like more sharp cooking knives and tea-towels, but it wasn't really a problem.

Pro: Vaste appartement très agréable, le salon avec les fenêtres sur le canal (une fenetre de chaque coté de la cheminée), le supermarché juste en bas, la localisation très pratique (proche Academia), mon interlocuteur, Marcello, incroyablement réactif et ayant répondu à toutes mes questions de façon fort aimable et efficace, l'accueil très aimable également.

Contro: Le choix de certains éléments de décoration, pas à mon gout ... mais ça ne n'empêchera pas d'avoir envie d'y revenir.

Pro: Number of suites plus a laundry and power room. Excellent water view, convenience to market and route 2 water bus. Designer decor and furnitures.

Pro: Dieses süße Appartement liegt etwas abseits vom Canal Grande. Was wiederum sehr schön ist, denn man kann den Trubel der Stadt zurücklassen. Es hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Wasser, ist super groß und hat alles an Ausstattung was man braucht. Vorallem der venezianische Stil, macht diese Unterkunft zu einem tollen Erlebnis.

Very comfortable for the whole family (mom, dad, and 2 older teenagers)

Pro: Quiet uncrowded location on the promenade with a nice breeze. Very clean and modern interior. Expansive views over the Giudecca Canal. Fully stocked supermarket a few steps away. Good WiFi. Can walk to restaurants, San Marco, water bus stops, etc.

Contro: The trash collectors arrive sometime between 8am and 10am every day, and they should ring the bell, but they didn't always ring the bell, so getting rid of the trash each day was an issue.
