Pro: Bellissima struttura in una posizione strategica. Ottima pulizia. Luoghi molto accoglienti per due famiglie.

Contro: La casa non era caldissima, dato che veniva riscaldata solo con i climatizzatori.

It was a wonderful stay

Pro: The location is absolutely perfect — in walking distance to restaurants, cafés, and the main attractions of the city but so quiet, calm and safe. The appartment was big, clean, beautifully deorated and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. Sara, the person who welcomed us for check-in was a great host — warm, helpful, and always available to offer assistance or recommendations to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We were able to leave our luggage (after chekin out) at the offices of the managing company that were very close to the apartment. We truly felt taken care of, and we would absolutely recommend this place.

Contro: The wall on the right of the entrance door (and the entrance door itself) need restoration. And the coffee makers in the kitchen need service, although they're working. Small details to perfection

Pro: Super property, excellent location behind the Guggenheim museum, beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, lots of generous bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, cute rooftop terrace, very close to a choice of vaporetti stops- would highly recommend!

Pro: Wielkość mieszkania, bardzo komfortowe, dobrze wyposażone , idealne dla większej ilości gości , każdy miał swoje miejsce ,pięknie urządzone , czyste . Niczego Nam nie brakowało. Spędziliśmy wspaniały czas w tym mieszkaniu. Trafiliśmy na nieco chłodniejszą pogodę a mieszkanie czekało na Nas cieplutkie , to był ogromny plus.

Contro: Nie było takiej rzeczy

Beautifully decorated apartment, quiet, 5 mins away from the Grande Canal

Pro: The interior is exceptional and the when it was 90* outside we were cold and comfortable inside.

Contro: The only small disappointment was the size of the roof patio looked larger in the photo.

Un appartement d'exception

Pro: Situation parfaite, dans un quartier central mais calme, à proximité de plusieurs musées majeurs, ainsi que du quartier animé des étudiants (piazza Santa Margarita). Confort ++ et décoration très réussie

Contro: Rien mais je signale que la terrasse n'est pas facile d'accès, pour les personnes âgées notamment (petit escalier genre échelle de meunier très raide). Petite suggestion : éclairer le plan de travail de la cuisine (parfaitement équipée par ailleurs).

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Service

Pro: Wir sind unglaublich nett und professionell empfangen worden. Schon vor der Reise wurden uns Aktivitäten vorgeschlagen und die Unterstützung angeboten. Die Wohnung / das Haus war sehr gut gelegen und wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Contro: Nichts

Pro: Ideal für Gruppen-jedes Doppelzimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer, sehr freundliche Personal, Gepäck kann nch dem Check out gratis neben der Academia verwahrt werden

Amazing Venice Rental.

Pro: The house was beautiful, it had everything you needed. There were a lot of steps so if you can’t do too many steps you should look at something else. However, there is a bedroom and bath on the ground floor. Check in was easy, we were met right where the water taxi left us off and Caterina walked us to the house and answered any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this if you’re planning to visit Venice.
