Residenza Marina

Pro: Posizione centrale rispetto ai luoghi importanti della città, con un market fornito e vicino, vista diretta sul canale Silenzioso di sera e di notte

Contro: Rumore mattutino (dalle 7) causato dalla barca che attracca di fronte alla casa per il carico scarico bancali ed il trasporto immondizie Divano letto non molto comodo (si sprofonda)

Appartamento piacevolissimo, consigliato!

Pro: Posizione strategica , centralissima, appartamento accogliente, pulito e sempre ben riscaldato. Vista sul canale una vera chicca di romanticismo veneziano

Contro: Letto (divano letto) non comodissimo

Residenza Marina was an excellent place to stay with view of a canal & near the main attractions

Pro: Residenza Marina is superbly located on the ground floor in a quiet laneway not far from the main attractions such as Saint Marks Square & Rialto Bridge. There is a view onto a canal where you can watch Gondolas go by day & night. There is a Co-op grocery shop a short walk away. There is also many restaurants and a Burger King in the area for eating. The kitchen was well equipped. it had no electric kettle, but we used the gas hob and kettle provided. Bring matches or a lighter. the bathroom was very nice and served us well. During our stay at Residenza Marina, we felt safe and enjoyed sitting beside the canal during the evenings. We chose Residenza Marina for its location and the wonderful view of the canal.

Contro: Its located at a delivery dock and it gets busy early in the morning for a short time. This wasn't a big deal for us, as we were up early exploring Venice before the tourists. The bed was a fold out couch and not firm, but we slept well. The furniture was good, but perhaps too much unnecessary shelving. Better use of space could be made by removing some of the furniture. Just a suggestion....not a negative!

Pro: There was no breakfast. They had 2 little expresso makers & 1 was broken, but still manage to make coffee. Loved the location, nice to watch from our window, the gondolas go by, being on the canal.

Contro: Not having facecloths! It was damp, but when we put the a/c on, that helped.

運河を見渡せるベネチアらしい宿泊先

Pro: ・運河に面しているため、キッチンとリビングの一部の窓から運河を眺められる ・シャワーの水圧は予想してたより強かった ・リアトル橋や有名なジェラート店など飲食店も近く立地は比較的良い ・Wi-Fiの接続良い ・朝はボートで運搬の仕事をしているのが多少聞こえるが、夜はとても静かだった

Contro: ・部屋に虫が多かった ・電気をつけていても部屋が少し暗めで最初は怖かった

Pro: Lage an einem Kanal mit viel Boots- und Gondelverkehr- der Hauptgrund für die Wahl dieser Unterkunft. Auch das Kochen direkt mit Aussicht auf den Kanal.Lage ziemlich in der Mitte zwischen Rialto und Fondamento Nuovo, damit gute Erreichbarkeit wichtiger Vaporettolinien

Contro: Das Bett!!! Hängt durch . Besonders meine Frau klagte über Rückenschmerzen am Morgen......ach ja, das TV Gerät reparieren oder erneuern - uns hat es jedoch kaum gefehlt

Appart très bien, mais équipement limite.

Pro: Logement agréable, spacieux et bien situé. Douche très bien.

Contro: Équipement minimum. Pas de bols, pas de grille-pain, pas de théière (à la lecture des précédents commentaires, nous en avons demandé, mais la réponse était qu'il n'en avait pas), des rouleaux de sopalins à la place de torchon. Literie moyenne (trop molle). Très mal insonorisé, surtout que la télé est à fond dans l'appartement du dessus.

Pro: La zona donde se encuentra es un buen lugar se puede caminar a todas partes y tiene todos los servicios proximos

Contro: Las cocina muy básica ni cafetera ni caldera eléctrica nada que facilite la estadía Las toallas una por persona para cuatro días me parece muy básico cuando le.pregu te a la dueña me dijo que por 4 días no corresponde día otra cosa sino tenía que pagar Al estar sobre un canal la carga y descarga de los proveedores complica un poco el ruido a la primera hora de la mañana

A quiet apartment in a busy, busy city. Was perfect for 2 people! Grazie Mille!

Pro: On a canal so watching gondolier all day long. Quiet (except trash pick up mornings.) Good location near cafes, restaurants, and bars. Air conditioning worked well. Great communication with the host.

Contro: No coffee maker or coffee. Trash collection was confusing.

Great choice

Pro: The apartment was nice. It was very well located close to everything. It was easy to access from airport with water bus. We were able to enter the apartment very easy by the host. We arrived very late and still there was no issue to enter the apartment immediately. It was only few minutes from Rialto bridge. There is a supermarket 2 minutes by walk, restaurants etc. The apartment was nice and clean. We had all what we needed for the stay. AC was working perfectly, Wi-Fi was working great. Kitchen was basic, but we had all what we needed. Bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Overall it was a great choice for us.

Contro: It was little noisy in the morning. They were taking trash behind the apartment and loading goods from ships. You need to have closed windows to make it more quiet. But this is common in Venice I guess. I would recommend to take a mosquito trap as there were mosquitos inside. We used to have open windows during the night so maybe that was the problem.
