Pro: Posizione, Wi-Fi, spazi, attrezzatura della cucina

Contro: Poco ricambio di aria e poca luce, è al piano terra in una piccola calle.

Pro: L'appartamento è molto accogliente, molto curato nell'arredamento, spazioso e attrezzatissimo. La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi la maggior parte dei più importanti monumenti, ma nello stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, a due passi dalla bellissima chiesa di Santa Maria dei miracoli e vicino al bellissimo Campo di Santa Maria Formosa. Molto comoda anche per raggiungere gli attracchi di San Zaccaria da dove parte il vaporetto n. 20 per il Lido, visto che eravamo a Venezia per seguire il Festival del Cinema.

Pro: Pulizia , locali ampi e confortevoli, doppi servizi, divani comodi televisioni in salotto e camera

Contro: Niente da migliorare

Would highly recommend this apartment, ideally situated to everything but also quiet and peaceful

Pro: The host from start to finish were excellent, we were met on arrival by our host to get our keys and allowed to check in earlier than normal . It meant we could enjoy Venice from start to finish

Contro: Bed little uncomfortable but that is personal preference!

Great week spent in Venice, and no rain!

Pro: Lots of hot water, warm and cozy, warm welcome, well equipped. Lots of space!

Charming Venice apartment

Pro: Great lovely apartment with original features that were beautiful. Close walking distance to everything in Venice, our host was awesome, she gave us lots of great local tips and advice for sight seeing and restaurants. We did get lost a bit but that’s part of the Venice experience!

Pro: Checked in by the host who showed us around the property and gave us details about the local area. Very pleasant stay, great host and great location and the property had all the facilities you need, couldn’t ask for much more!

Functional well equipped place that met our needs

Pro: Functional accommodation -plenty of room and bonus having two bathrooms -quiet location but only a short walk to be in the middle of the city - the apartment was very clean and the host who met us on arrival very helpful.

Great location, good size apartment with good facilities and at ground level.

Pro: We loved the size, having 2 bathrooms, and all the amenities that we needed. A full kitchen, a washing machine, a dining table and a lounge area made our stay a lot more comfortable. The location was great and we were happy to be at ground level so we didn’t have to navigate any steps with our heavy suitcases. 

Contro: It really was just the musty smell that was a bit strong at times. Sometimes it wasn’t so obvious. I understand this is Venice and at ground level, so chances are there is going to be a damp smell.  Other than that, everything else was perfect for us.
