Pro: Bellissima struttura, accogliente e con ogni comodità a disposizione. Posizione ideale per noi, a due passi dalla stazione, dai vaporetti e da tutto quello che ci poteva servire. Il grande valore aggiunto è la professionalità, disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario!

Pro: Communication was very good and informative. The studio was well equipped, beautifully decorated, spacious and in a very convenient location. The sound proofing was an added bonus. Would highly recommend this property.

We love this place. It’s in a safe, clean and quiet residential apartment, very close to all the places that we plan to
Pro: beautifully decorated studio apartment, nice and quiet with a kitchen, washer, dryer, bathroom. And it’s only 5 minutes walk from the train station, waterbus deck and 8 minutes walk from airport bus. Very convenient. highly recommend!

Fabulous Apartment in Venice, exceeeds expectations
Pro: The owner was great with communication and very organised. The apartment was super clean, comfortable bed, kitchen had all that was needed. The location was perfect very close to main station and waterbuses, supermarket , cafes and to get to main landmarks, will definetly stay again if in venice. Outside terrace was great and decor was very classy. Highly recommended.
Contro: Nothing we did not like

Pro: Location is perfect, less than 5 minutes on foot from train station. This was great for us because we had luggages to drag. Flat surface majority of it, just 1 small wooden bridge on reaching the accomodation. Also similar distance to vaporetto - water bus stop. Communication with host was flawless and proactive. Edson attended to us the soonest he could when we had a personal incident upon check out which was hugely appreciated! Facilities were all complete: washing machine, steam iron (yes!), hair dryer, spacious fridge, microwave, kitchenware. Fantastic! We also loved the decoration and the interior of the B&B - modern design and the beautiful wall art of Venice. We loved our time spent in the B&B when we returned back after our day out exploring.
Contro: Wished we could have kept the sliding door open but we were advised that mosquitos and flies are around. Suggestion: Maybe install a mosquito/fly screen so that fresh air can come into the B&B. Otherwise, faultless!

Amazing town. The flat was a good starting point every day
Pro: Nice and service minded host.Close to the station and to the town with ferry connections. Fantastic town and a great experience. Best in the evenings where many day tourists had left.
Contro: Quite a lot of hungry moscquitos due to a small canal very close by. Bring some repellent to protect againt them.would be nice with some insect lamps in the flat to catch them. Were not prepared for the tide water in the streets but found out to buy special plastic boots in the local shops or from street sellers for 5 to 8 euro

Pro: Very good location from the train station and bus stop so you don't have to go far with your luggage. All that was needed to spend the week in the apartment was there, including kitchen equipment.
Contro: If you are taller than 185 cm, then the bed might be to short. But as Venice is quite warm, keeping your feet cool might be a good thing.

Pro: Świetne położony apartament, bardzo blisko dworca kolejowego i autobusowego , ale cichy ,bo znajduje się w spokojnej uliczce. Mieszkanie ma wszystkie udogodnienia potrzebne na kilkudniowy pobyt. Zastaliśmy apartament bardzo czysty. Kontakt z gospodarzem był miły i konkretny , pan Edson odpowiadał na nasze wiadomości bardzo szybko. Jedyną rzeczą , którą mogę zasugerować gospodarzowi, jest udostępnienie żelazka. Na miejscu jest parownica ( steamer) ,ale ona nie prostuje pomiętych ubrań tak precyzyjnie,jak żelazko :) Podobało nam się bardzo i pozdrawiamy pana Edsona!
