Pro: The apartment had a great location. A little bit out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist hot spot, but still very close to everything. Five minutes walk from both Fondamente Nove and Ca d'Oro vaparetto stop, making it very easy to reach all destinations of Venice. The area was quite, although abundant with restaurants and even a grocery store around the corner. The apartment is nicer and bigger than what you would presume from the pictures. The balconies were absolutely amazing.
Contro: Nothing. The apartment was a bit warm at night, even with the a/c on the coldest possible. It was high summer and 35 C, so not to any fault of the owner. When we asked the owner if he had any fans available, he quickly sorted out two brand new fans.

Pro: Cozy apartment with balconies overlooking the canal. 5 minutes walk from the Realto Bridge.
Contro: In the morning it is noisy for a while and there is a smell of diesel - some kind of work on the boats.But Not a long time.h

Pro: Отличные большие апартаменты на 4 человека. Полностью оснащенная кухня. Мы почти не пользовались ресторанами, в магазинах недалеко отличный выбор прекрасных итальянских продуктов. Тихий тупик, шум только около 7 утра, когда приплывают лодки разгружаться в магазины. Очень приветливый хозяин, помог нам найти работающую в воскресенье аптеку и копи-центр рядом. Хорошо говорит по-английски. При выезде можно на время оставить багаж в подъезде (мы не пользовались).
Contro: Ничего заслуживающего отдельного упоминания

Schöne Wohnung und perfekter Lage.
Pro: Die Lage der Wohnung war einfach super für einen Urlaub in Venedig. Alles war schnell zu erreichen und einmal um die Ecke war gleich ein Supermarkt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und die Schlüsselübergabe sehr nett.

Pro: Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig zwischen Bahnhof und Markusplatz Eine sehr große, sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man für wunderbare Tage in Venedig braucht. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über eine Klimaanlage, was im Sommer sehr gut ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und erklärt alles genau. Ich würde diese Wohnung gerne wieder buchen.
Contro: Es gibt nichts negatives...

С удовольствием вернулись бы снова в это жилье . Спасибо хозяевам за внимателеное отношение и такое уютное жилье.
Pro: Замечательное жилье ! просторные спальные комнаты у каждой есть балкон с видом на канал , большая столовая и хорошо оборудованная кухня ( было все необходимое для приготовления) , отличная ванная комната . Вся квартира наполнена уютом и выглядит очень чистой . Идеальное место !
Contro: Это относится к местоположению объекта- утром приезжают хоз.лодки и загружают товар, поэтому шумно . Но это исключительно по утрам , все останове время - тихо и спокойно .

Bel appartement spacieux parfaitement bien situé, parfait pour un séjour en famille à Venise
Pro: Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille à Venise, pendant 3 nuits. L’appartement est parfaitement situé, dans un quartier très calme et préservé, à 10 minutes à pied du pont du Rialto et 15 minutes de la place Saint Marc. Plusieurs arrêts de Vaporetto à proximité. L’appartement est très spacieux, deux chambres très confortables, salon très grand, cuisine correcte et bien fournie (merci pour le café !) et lave linge, salle de bain avec grande douche moderne. Les multiples balcons donnant sur le canal ont beaucoup de charme. Nous n’avons pas rencontré notre hôte, mais sa voisine qui nous a accueilli très gentiment et a été réactive. La communication a été facile. Même en période de forte chaleur, nous n’avons pas eu à utiliser la climatisation car l’appartement est aéré et les ventilateurs fournis sont efficaces. Un logement que nous recommandons vivement !
Contro: Tres peu de points « négatifs » Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas mais nous avions été prévenus. La cuisine était globalement assez propre mais la vaisselle dans les placards pas toujours (peut être lié aux précédents locataires ? ) Bruit et odeur du bateau poubelle à 7h du matin, mais ce n’est pas la faute du logement !
