Pro: Abbiamo avuto le camere freschissime con l’aria condizionata e la cucina molto ampia con gli strumenti sufficienti. Il proprietario dell’appartamento è stato sempre disponibile e gentile e ci ha consigliato tante cose per i soggiorni a Venezia.
Contro: Le camere pulite e fresche. I due bagni puliti e ampi. La locazione dell’appartamento è comodo anche per i traghetti.

A great Venetian apartment
Pro: It was a great apartment for 2 couples having 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. We used the washing machine a lot. The location was great. The apartment is spacious and clean.
Contro: For 4 nights we would have appreciated a change of towels being made available. We would have loved some teabags too, there was coffee and sugar available. Nothing of significance to critisise though.

An all-around excellent choice.
Pro: Very spacious apartment in an excellent location, with a cool view of a canal. It was nice to be such a short walk from restaurants, cafes, and shops, but away from any crowds. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant - we were met a the apartment right on time and given all the info that we needed. I would absolutely return.
Contro: Nothing - we were very happy with everything.

A wonderful & pleasant stay for all 5 of us
Pro: Apartment very clean with all the amenities that was promised. Host was such a wonderful person who went beyond to make our stay pleasant. She even cautioned us about the transport strike so we could plan our tours accordingly. I strongly recommend this place as it is indeed beautiful

Everything was wonderful for our first visit to Venice. Great location.
Pro: We loved this quiet location, but close enough to the action of San Marco. The apt is huge for a big family ( we were only 3) and very clean. Veronica was a wonderful host and came to meet us when our boat was unable to dock at the location. Grocery shop close by so very handy. Veronica left us some information and suggestions so this was helpful and she was very responsive with any questions we had. My son left his jumper behind and she kindly shipped it to us at our next location in Rome. My son was so happy to get it back.
Contro: There are quite a few mosquitos around, but this is just cause of the canals and nothing to do with the apt.

Overall, excellent for b&b.
Pro: Veronica was excellent. On time, communicated well and assisted with tourist booking.
Contro: Shower curtain is past it’s best before date; mouldy and smelly.

Excellent location and great apartment that was bigger than some houses and had everything we needed
Pro: Location out of the main hustle and bustle around St Marks square was good and able to find local restaurants/bars off the beaten track was great but still close enough to walk to main sights quickly. Appt was great and beds very comfy.
Contro: Noise from canal/upstairs was occasionally annoying especially first thing but wasn't of great concern and just us not used to being in an appt instead of a house, not owners fault. With all accomodation on top of each other in venice sure this is something you won't get away from.

Highly recommended, large, clean and well-equipped apartment in a great location.
Pro: Great location, we could walk or easily take a vaporetto to all main attractions. Even though only a few steps from restaurants, bars and shops, the apartment was in a quiet area. Nice view on a canal from two of the three bedrooms. The apartment is very large, clean and well-equipped. Coffee (for making coffee in percolator), tea, sugar, oil etc. is provided, even some tabs for the washing machine. Excellent communication about how to get there and when we were met at the apartment. Great kitchen for cooking. Nice couch to relax on. Air-conditioning in all three bedrooms and the living room - the temperature in the whole apartment was OK , which was a great bonus during a heat wave. This apartment would also be very well suited for a longer stay.
Contro: Minor issue: we could only find Italian TV channels and could not login to any streaming services. Good to know: as with most apartments in Venice there is no elevator. However, the apartment is on the first floor and the stairs are very wide, so relatively easy to climb - even with luggage.
