Un delizioso affaccio dalla Giudecca

Pro: La struttura ha un bellissimo affaccio lungo un canale da cui si vede lo spazio esterno di un ristorante. La casa è composta da un ingresso, due camere spaziose, una cucina semiabitabile, un bagno molto raccolto e uno spazio lavanderia.

Contro: Sarebbe da sistemare un po’, in particolare modo il bagno, nonostante siano stati sfruttati al meglio gli spazi. Per ovvi motivi la casa è molto umida, quindi bisogna armarsi di anti zanzare.

A un vaporetto da ogni angolo di Venezia

Pro: La posizione strategica dell'appartamento, dotato di ogni comfort.

L'atmosfera veneziana con il vantaggio di una sede meno turistica ma a due passi da tutto

Pro: Posizione comodissima fuori dal caos di Venezia. Collegamenti comodissimi con il vaporetto, con il vantaggio di poter vivere una atmosfera più vicina a quella veneziana originale!

Contro: Non ci sono critiche che mi sento di fare

Pro: Appartamento molto ampio. Ottima posizione, dalla Giudecca, con il vaporetto in tre minuti si è in piazza San Marco. Prodotti per la colazione presenti.

Contro: Un consiglio: sostituirei il materasso della camera da letto, troppo sottile quindi non confortevole.

Pro: We had a great stay. Giudecca is very nice and quiet from the crowds in the city center. After sightseeing we had a chance to relax. Apartment is great, location is great, there are cheap restaurants near by and very good supermarket with good proces too. I love our stay. Thank you so much :)

Pro: The location of the house is nice. It is quiet. Town center is 10 minutes with water busses.There are quality restaurants and a cheap market around.

Contro: The apartment was a bit cold when we arrived, but it was not a problem going forward

No joke, I am seriously considering moving to Giudecca when my daughter goes off to college!

Pro: Amazing location with verandas right over the canal; clean, spacious, homey - I want to move in! Also, the snacks and the water were very welcome on arrival since we were very thirsty and hungry. Communication with the host was very easy via WhatsApp with quick response. I most definitely want to return and stay longer next time.

Contro: AC went off during first night but fixed right away the next day. Maybe some bedding for the extra futon chain/bed - my son ended up using it, but we made do with the quilts and blankets that we found in the apartment.
